Hani (@dawoudi) has not eaten anything for 7 days. For 7 days he has consumed 0 kcal/day. He and his wife are not eating just so their children can eat. He told me that he enjoys seeing his kids eating more. He told me he has lost a lot of weight. I am really worried.
I have been messaging with Hani since last October. I sincerely think that he is one the kindest and most selfless person I have ever had the honour of knowing. Despite his own struggles, Hani founded and has been continuously running @/gazavetters. The @/gazavetters vetted list has been growing rapidly the past few months, a testimony to the hard work of Hani and the gazavetters team, yet Hani’s own fundraiser often go for days without donations.
Surviving a genocide is difficult and stressful, to say the very least. What you can see online is just the tip of the iceberg. Everything Hani told me in private just made me admire him more. From him telling me about Darine, his children, @/gazavetters and helping other Palestinians in Gaza, it is evident how much love he has in his heart, love for not only his family but also for strangers he does not even know.
I know he is not going to stop worrying about the people around him, especially his children. I just hope he is also taking care of himself, I just hope that he also gets to eat. But to be able to get food, he needs our support. Please help him buy food in the market so he can eat.
What type of cat would you be? Breed…colour…what naughty cat activities do you get up too?
probably a larger mixed breed, think in terms of norwegian forest cat big, naturally pretty fat and round-looking with a round face. probs a mix of brown/black blotch tabby and white? long curly fur. mad bacholer jowels despite not being an unneutered male
extremely mellow cat, the kind that wont smack a toddler that has tucked it under their arm and is dragging it around the house, or even when you pull its tail. happy to be carted around and snuggled all the time. lies around all day napping then needs to SPRINT between 11pm and 4am
likes being as high up as possible, wants to be in your tallest cabinet and is trying to build a nest up there, digs claws into the wood when you try and lift me out.
pretty much never kills small animals but WILL bap them around a bit and chase them until they get tired before lovingly bringing them into the house and tucking them into their bed.
powerful motherly instincts towards abandoned kittens of any species (cats, dogs, rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, plush toys)
terrible chewer, plastic is so very yummy. loves being thrown around and played like drums way harder than youd think you could. tries to groom you when you brush it. actually loves water.
you would most likely encounter me rooting through garbage or sitting somewhere high up, if you show any kindness whatsoever i follow you home and wont leave until im Ejected

currnetly reading: im listening to two separate warrior cats books, #5 twilight (from the new new prophecy, with my gf) and im also listening to a vision of shadows

currently craving: phat burger grasseater and a bubblegum thickshake from this local burger place
currently working on: a bunch of stuff lol, uuhhh a notebook of information on training service dogs, im setting up a larger mouse cage, and im prepping to set up a scorpion enclosure too
the base sketch for my runner 5, using my own body as a reference and without a lot of details, i started doing a cleaner coloured version on my laptop but then ran out of steam lol
my end goal is to have a base that i can then add onto to do a reference for each season, and eventually i might even draw them wearing clothes for a change lol
a few notes on notable physical features:
* their spine has an overly pronounced curve
* they have a small pudge pouch above their ass
* plenty of fat rolls, very muscular underneath
* their left hip sits slightly higher than their right which sometimes causes a limp but usually results in an abnormal gait when walking/running
its still very rough and ill hopefully clean it up tomorrow
they emerge! i know i barely ever post here, but here is a little art i made recently of my new fursona! while shadow will always have a special place in my heart i wanted to make something that goes with my vibe a little more these days
they are as of yet unnamed but they are a dog/pig hybrid
i still love my old orange/black colour pallet but now its much more black with orange details lol
a lot of these were hastily scribbled up just to help me visualise so please be gentle lol
i wanted to give them a curly tail, and add trotters/hooves to the mix and im pretty happy with what i came up with. they have paw pads at the back of the foot, where the heel would more likely be so they are always sort of standing on their toes, im also enjoying the pig snout i gave them instead of a more normal dog nose as i think it really adds to the design
they had triple top surgery (rip in piss for originally having 6 tiddies) and have pretty torn up ears

fake date with van ark, not only because it saves me from necessarily getting with him but also so i can make him suffer.
you best believe that i WILL be chewing up and eating a while clove of garlic five minutes before leaving the house, and that i will violently bump the table when i get up, knocking everything on it directly onto him. the only way he gets a laugh is if he tries to make any serious conversation. HE. WILL. SUFFER.

the major for slow burn. i feel like shes the slow burn type, especially with that thing with her near the end of season 2 i think?
