Support setting the color for each tile in GUI

Proposed Behaviour

In the architecture XML you can add metadata to control colors of things in the GUI. This should include;

• Set tile color
• Set leaf pb-type color
• Set track type color (segment types)

Current Behaviour

No control over this.

Context

• A new GUI has been added to VPR, hence it would be good to look at these features now.
