The Cat Lady was first released on Windows on December 1, 2012. Native Linux build was released on April 20, 2014 and pulled on September 1, 2018.^[2]^[3]

"As we no longer maintain a Linux build and it's an old version now, we're trying the Steam Play Proton thing that runs Windows version on Linux. Valve haven't set up an ideal method for this yet, meaning we've got to REMOVE our Linux build for players to have access to the Proton option (apparently) so just wanted to let you folks know, before you ask "where is the Linux build?" - we ask that you try Steam Play method from here on out."
