奇異性脳塞栓 でない場合、発作性心房細動の可能性が相対的に上がってきます。
発作性心房細動 Paroxysma atrial fibrillation についてですが、

運動強度が低いのでスポーツをするための筋肉・美容的な筋肉をつけるには向かないってだけで
誰も有酸素運動を否定していないと思うぞ。フツーに自律神経に良い働きを与えるし、全身の筋力も適度に使う
