My experience was great, because I like the colour of the shoes.

Owen who served us was very professional. Having shopped for children’s shoes for over 40 years (for children then grandchildren) we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and he was full of excellent advice. He also had a friendly manner towards both us and my grandchild, making it a very positive experience.

Lovely service today from Sienna who quickly helped our little girl figure out why her current shoes were uncomfortable. One width setting adjustment, a pair of new sparkly school shoes and a happy four year old in record time. Thank you so much.

On Saturday we went to Clarks in Bedford to get a first pair of fitted shoes for our infant son. The service we received from Ahlam was first rate, she was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We were served by a lovely gentleman named Jay. He was super helpful and very knowledgeable in shoes.

Amazing experience at Clark’s! I went to the store with my niece to buy some ballet pumps. Yesterday we received exceptional customer service by Sunit. My son age 13 is autistic and really struggles with shops, shoes, noise and Christmas but as we were cramming his feet into trainers I knew were too small we had no choice but to go to Clarks boxing day. Sunit showed my son respect and dealt with him so well. It's not often people are able to adapt their service to meet my son's needs but he made the whole thing seem effortless. Thank you for being amazing
