I thought I was not receiving my packages and I was accusing the staff of not properly handling my items only to find out, all my items were there waiting for me to pick up. I cannot apologize enough for my outburst and attempt to embarrass your company. The services that your company provides for me is the base of my security!

All kinds of problems- lost and misdirected mail at their DE location, terrible user interface, extremely basic and incomplete ios/ipados application, less than ideal customer interactions, inability to cancel billing/subscription online. I wonder where all these positive reviews are coming from?

I have never tried a service like this before. I’m first time business owner. I’ve been a troubled person all my life, now I’ve chosen to do good and make something of myself. So when I found out about your service, I was ecstatic. I was happy that individuals would start a company like this and help people that are in need then I got the service and I was highly disappointed. I was let down, whenever I called customer service, they weren’t very helpful at all. They were very short and abrupt you know. There were times that I had asked questions, because I didn’t know what to do. It’s like they were trying to get me off the phone as fast as they could. I don’t know it just it felt wrong. It didn’t feel like that the way a customer should be treated, but I do appreciate y’all for trying to do y’all best.
