I have been very happy with Magic Kitchen meals with one exception. The last two times I ordered the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and carrots the mashed potatoes have been mixed with the meatloaf and gravy and not in a separate section of the container. The mashed potatoes and gravy mix together and it is pure liquid around the meat. It is not even edible. Very disappointed in this. Why did it change?

I tried to order Online when I got to the checkout credit card I tried my AMX two times and a Master Card once and it would not accept them. I had to call and start over she was very pleasure and efficient.

Easy ordering process and quick delivery. Frozen items were still frozen even when my delivery was delayed by no fault of the company. Great tasting items.

my only complaint is the time in between when item is sold out and then can be made available. several items i wanted but out of stock for a while. also, would like to see smaller packageing.

It took a bit of jumping back and forth to finish my order. But, the food looks delicious and I look forward receiving it.

Although flower are thoughtful during a time of loss the last thing one wants to think of is feeding family. When we found Magic Kitchen it was perfect - sending friends and colleagues this little boost to lift their spirits is just perfect and I constantly hear back that the food is delicious and there is plenty to go round.

Your app is hard to use. I wanted to add an item at check out and it was a cumbersome action. It’s difficult to move back & forth through the menus. BUT the worse comment I have pertains to my 20% Coupon came to around $27 discount, and then I couldn’t also apply for the free shipping codes. So after I pay $23 for shipping, I saved ONLY about $4!!!

Our experience would even be better if many ingredients were skewed in a healthful direction. The intake of Sugar, Salt, Saturdated Fat-based on current nutritional knowledge-should be limited. Many chefs creating entrees for online purchase seem content using such universally panned ingredients as Palm Oil, long known as bad for multiple reasons.

Delivery smooth, but meal lacked flavor. Healthy I get, but I cook low salt and my food taste much better. Bummer I really wanted to love this.

The order process is so easy and there are so many products to choose from.

They are excellent at processing my orders they make a point of updating on the delivery of their meals. Just overall good service with very tasty meals.

I don't have to cook!!! Wish you had a larger variety of renal diet food. Also since I started ordering, the blueberry crepe has been out of stock. I would also like to know if your containers are recyclable?

The quality and variety of meals provided are very good! HOWEVER, there is much to be improved with the breakfast meal, waffles, turkey sausage, and strawberries. As I have reported previously the breakfast meal leaves much to be improved as for the last two months the waffles are "floating" in with the strawberries and NOT with the sausage as has been previously. This makes the waffles very soggy and barely edible. Your previous practice of placing the waffles in their own separate compartment with the turkey sausage patty is much better as it prevents the waffles from being soggy and the sausage patty from being very dry.
I hope in future shipments you will revert to your previous practice of separating the waffles from the strawberries so as to continue my patronage.
