The box of clothes I ordered somehow weren't accepted by the hotel. When I arrived, customer service and I found out they were instead delivered to a 'nearbye' post depot, 5km down the mountain. I traveled with a group of people by bus, and therefore weren't able to pick up the box by myself. Customer service arranged a taxi to pick up the box and delivered them right to the hotel. I had to pay cash for the taxi, but the costs were refunded immediately by SkiGala. Within 60 minutes after finding out the clothes weren't at the hotel, they were my hands. This must be the most incredible customer service I received, ever. Would definitely recommend them to anyone renting ski clothes.

Amazing customer service and top quality skiing gear. I didn't want to carry my ski gear on the plane and by boyfriend tried skiing for the first time. The gear was top quality. Even if we didnt stayed in a hotel, they organized for us the delivery via a local lady. In order to coordinate we steped in touch with the ski gala support who were there for us every step of the way. I cannot recommend them more and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Valuable advise on what sizes to pick, helpful with individual and flexible packaging, no issues at all when returning items. Overall, great value for us who went skiing for first time.

As a first time skier, SkiGala was great for me as I could rent the equipment I needed without having to make a large investment. Great service & perfect for the once a year skier
I have used Ski Gala two years in a row, Great service, and really good suits. Size was perfect, and even when it was really cold I stayed warm. Renting is really perfect for us, as we ski only once or twice a year. This way I have the best gear without having to buy & store it.

I had the pleasure to use SkiGala's offer and service for the second time - each time with excellent service. Since my children are not passionate skiers but still take part in the school ski course, SkiGala is the optimal alternative to expensive shopping if you want quality for the kids. Attractive selection (which is more important for girls than many other things!), fast delivery, good quality, jackets and pants felt brand new and the online and phone service was an extraordinary customer experience. Overall, a great experience that I can only recommend to everyone.

For us as an event agency, Ski-Suit-Rentalt is a perfect facility to implement customer events with larger groups on snow. Communication as well as the implementation of the order (each individual combination is individually packaged and assigned by name) could not be better.

My husband and I wanted to ski in Austria so finding SkiGala this season has been great. We didn't have a lot of the clothing and if we did, it was from years ago and did not fit. We could not justify spending hundreds of euros on new ski clothes that would probably sit in the closet for awhile. A friend recommended renting ski clothes which was new to me. We rented ski jackets and pants and even the ski mittens and ski goggles. Everything was as good as new and it was delivered to our hotel. We are really pleased with the service and will definitely use the service again when we go back to Austria.
