Croatian customer support does not exist.
I have been trying to contact Answear for over a month. Written inquiries are ignored, and the phone number is constantly busy.
I have received no response and no assistance.
After this experience, I will never use this online store again and cannot recommend it to others.
Refund never received
I returned a product according to the procedure indicated by the seller, however I was later informed that the return had not been received. To this day, I have not received a refund, any explanations, or even an apology.
I was patient and waited for a reasonable response, but the complete lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable.
Answear used to be a benchmark of reliability for me, but this situation has changed my opinion. I do not recommend this experience and consider the way this return was handled to be unprofessional.
Terrible service - don’t recommend
Timeline of events:
7.1.2026 – A product marked as “delivery within 48 hours” was ordered, but the wrong city and the correct street were entered.
10.1. – An email was sent via the contact form in the Answear app because no notification had been received.
12.1. – A message from DPD arrived requesting different details; the details were immediately updated and the delivery date was set to 13.1.
For several consecutive days during the working hours indicated in the app, attempts were made to contact Answear via the phone number and Messenger in the Answear app – the phone number rejected calls, and Messenger indicated that the page was not functioning.
13.1. – A call to the number from the app finally went through, and the gentleman said he could contact DPD and get back to me with information.
15.1. – There is still no information or response from either DPD or Answear.hr.
16.1. - the package arrived. I had to rearrange my working day completely to pick it up from the address when it was convenient for the delivery service instead of me as the client.
The main issue was the terrible service provided by Answear and the inability to reach them at all.
They made me pay for returning a faulty item
I ordered a set of two cups with saucers. Both saucers arrived broken due to careless packing and poor handling by the delivery company, DPD. The product was unusable on arrival. I was then forced to return the damaged items and pay the return shipping myself. This is unacceptable. I paid for a product that arrived defective and was still made to cover the cost of returning it. No respectable business treats customers this way. I will not order from this company again and will take my money to their competitors.

The worst shopping experience
The worst shopping experience. I will not be ordering from this store again.
I ordered a set of glasses and 4 out of 12 arrived broken because the package was not properly secured. If a shop sells home products and glassware, proper packaging should be a basic standard.
After 10 days of back-and-forth communication, my complaint was accepted, and I was refunded for just one pack of four broken glasses. Unfortunately, that was not the end of the issue. From the same shipment, I also returned another product in perfect condition. However, the complaint for the broken glasses was incorrectly registered under the name of the returned product.
As a result, I did not receive a refund for the correctly returned item. I only received the refund related to the broken glasses. The handling of this case, combined with a system that is poorly connected between the website forms and email communication, is confusing, careless, and unacceptable.
2 weeks ago i ordered a bag from them…
2 weeks ago i ordered a bag from them and the delivery was quite fast. But i received the wrong product. So i returned it, and ordered it again. Notified also customer support they sent the wrong bag. Placed another order, blocked my money for the refund on the first one. Received the second order....guess what???? Same wrong bag that they sent tge first time. Stop using them, they are a fraud

I truly love this online shopping platform. Their product selection, versatility, and quality are amazing. The agent, Miroslav, assisted me with my last order, and I can only say that his support was extremely professional. This platform will definitely be my first choice for future shopping.
Some products are mapped incorectly
Some products are mapped incorectly, for example I ordered a pair of gloves which I selected from the woman category but instead I have received a pair of gloves for men.
They should be more careful when adding the products on their website.
Apart from this, all good with the products, they seem to be original.
Bad customer experience
If you re not spending a certain amount of money on a product that you want to return then good luck to you because there is no free return and the procedure makes it very hard for you to actually send it back.
Do not recommend
Selling expensive items, poor quality and fake. Customer service don't reply. No money, 250euro, and no proper item. Do not recommend!
They do not take any responsibility loyal customer
Despite being a loyal customer, my wife’s complaints were completely rejected. Shoes of poor quality (leather on the tongue wore off quickly, seams ripped), yet Answear.com takes no responsibility as the seller and does not accept warranty claims. Instead of supporting a good client, they shift the blame to the customer. Definitely not the level of service one would expect.
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Answear. There is absolutely no customer-centric approach — they respond with generic phrases and completely ignore specific concerns. It feels like they don’t care about their customers’ experience at all.
What’s worse, nowhere on the website did it mention that the items would be shipped from Poland, which results in significantly longer delivery times than expected. Had I known this in advance, I would have ordered elsewhere. The lack of transparency is frustrating, and the overall support has been anything but helpful.
First time experience-very happy
Great range, great service, the ONLY problem is I don’t read Greek and I couldn’t understand their communication. Maybe there’s an English version but I couldn’t find it.
Terrible customer service
As the title said, noone responded to my emails (multiple) even after two weeks.
I sent out the wrong item for return (not from the answear website). I realized the mistake the same day and tried to contact them but to no avail. The wrong item are a brand new pair of pants, unworn. It basically theft at this point, since I have no means to get them back.
Noone is answering their contact number. I'm starting to think they have no employees in that department.
I loved shopping on Answear, but after this they won't get my money ever again.

Horrible return experience, I have been waiting for the courier to collect my return parcel for two weeks now and he has not came yet! Enough said! I have been a faithful buyer and bought a lot of items in the past, but I think this experience will change that!
Terrible Return Experience – No Refund After Weeks
I submitted a return request to Answear in early April. Despite following all their procedures, no courier ever showed up to collect the parcel. I contacted customer support multiple times by phone and email, but the return status still shows “in progress” and I haven’t received any refund.
It’s been over a month and a half with zero resolution. I’ve now had to escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities and my bank.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I do not recommend shopping with Answear if you expect reliability or accountability.

More than happy with my order, communication and delivery. No issues at all. You get about five emails (automated) keeping you aware of the ordering process, providing order confirmation, a invoice / receipt and ETA. Delivery was via SAMEDAY and EASYBOX and trouble free.
