This company are atrocious. They send out the wrong size and then only answer emails with a generic automated response DO NOT BUY FROM BOXHERO
So far great. They fit great breathability. It’s excellent. Consult to work out with on my long runs. I only had them for a couple weeks so I cannot say anything about the wear and tear yet but so far they’re amazing.

One star is one too many. As package from China (!) comes suprisingly quick, quality is very diferent story. Ordered 5, after single use 3 of them broke. First email sent right after first pair broke. After kind respond promising easy sorted replacement, customer service went stealth mode. Since then every email from them is exactly same generic and apologetic, asking for a direct call on US (!) number. Number which is already marked as a SCAM. Still trying to get my refund but not have a lot of hope.
They are manufactured in China so take some time to arrive. Items slightly too small, very quick response to say please keep them and if I send them an updated size and £9 to cover the postage they will send the correct size. I queried the time being taken to replace them the response was to say they are in the process of being made. That was on 27 Jan. don’t hold out much hope of getting them ☹️
I ordered the “Buy 5 Get 5 Free” offer in the small size, however I only received 5 items — and they were large, not small.
I contacted Boxhero to explain that I had received the wrong size and requested an exchange. Instead of resolving the issue, I repeatedly received what appear to be automated responses asking me to pay €9.99 for redelivery of the correct sizes.
Despite several attempts to clarify the situation, I continued to receive the same generic reply with no proper resolution offered.
As I was unable to get this resolved directly, I have now initiated a chargeback through my card provider.
Very disappointing experience, particularly as this should have been a straightforward exchange.
I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service via e-mails and voice messages. I was shipped the wrong style of underwear and want to make an exchange. But no one will call me back or answer my e-mails. The website says, "We read and respond to all e-mails and voice messages." This appears to be a lie. I am very leary about ordering more product. I have ordered twice prior to this order and received the correct product those two times. But this time was wrong and getting hold of customer service continues to be impossible. I purchased your first boxers. Some were great others were skimpy. Enjoyed the material. Purchase the new version 2 and am completely satisfied with this upgraded version.
I order my Boxer first week of January of this year and still have not received them. I have e-mail and even called. I did get one e-mail but it never said when they will ship. I even called the number it has but no answer and no response. I will give them till this Friday and will go to the bank to get my money back. I will also make a complaint with B.B.B.

Things started out well. I ordered some boxer briefs with a deal, got 10 pairs with a money back guarantee. I also signed up for their "Prime subscription" where the first month was free "cancel anytime."
When the set of 10 boxer briefs arrived, the material was great, but they were a bit too small, plus they were more of a "trunks" style. When the "Prime" subscription arrived those boxer briefs were the regular longer style and fit much better, again the material is really great actually.
The problems started when I tried to get my money back guarantee and cancel my "boxhero prime" subscription.
First of all, this company is mostly Bots. When you send an email a very stupid bot responds for the first several times until maybe your email gets sent to a real person. At one point I asked for a phone number to call and speak to someone live, but that number just rang and rang and no one ever picked up.
As far as the original set of 10 boxer briefs with a "money back guarantee," I was told rather than a refund, they would exchange my trunks style boxer briefs for the longer style. I just had to pay a $12 re-shelving fee, but they would give me a $25 credit and a free shipping code to make up for that.
That was in Sept of 2025, as of today Feb 9 2026 I have not received the replacement boxer briefs, the $25 credit or the free shipping code. I got a refund for the "re-shelving fee" and all the initial purchase after reporting Boxhero to my credit card company.
As far as the Boxhero Prime subscription, that has been even more frustrating. Communicating with Boxhero customer service, I canceled my subscription and was told from them that it was confirmed. But then I was charged again and sent an email confirming shipment of a new "Prime Shipment" of two boxer briefs and socks. I contacted them saying that I had canceled this subscription, to refund me the charge, and cancel the shipment. They said the shipment was already on the way and I to contact them when it arrived to return it and receive a refund. When the shipment arrived I contacted them. They responded saying send a picture of the shipment, I did. But then they never responded to that communication.
At this time I also still waiting, hopeful, for the original replacement 10 boxer briefs and store credit. And Boxhero sent me a survey as a "valued loyal customer." I responed to the email outlining the issues I was having. After a few bot responses, I think I got a human who seemed to be simpathetic and said they'd take care of it all. They assured me my replacement boxers were on the way. This was after several back and forths sending confirmation of paying the re-shipping fee; asking for confirmation, me sending it, hearing nothing, I ask for a tracking number on my shipment and the store credit, they ask for confirmation of the re-shelving fee again, I tell them it's attached in the above email thread, they say it's coming. I ask again for a tracking number and the store credit, radio silence again; this happened 3 or 4 times.
They also assured me my boxhero prime subscription was canceled and I would receive a refund.
A month later, I received another shipment confirmation of my Boxhero Prime! And the process started all over again.
This has happened again and again, about 4-5 times over the last 6months. I finally contacted my credit card company and disputed all these charges. Only one refund for a single Boxhero prime charge was issued by Boxhero itself.
And just when I thought I'd finally settle this... I just received another SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION of my BOXHERO PRIME on Feb. 8 2026. This time I'm going straight to my credit card, although I still have to wait for the charge to officially post to dispute it. Hopefully I will be able to block any future charges from Boxhero because they clearly refuse to stop.
BEWARE, BOXERHO IS A SCAM COMPANY. They communicate very nicely, but once you want to cancel they send you in endless frustrating pointless loops with bots and promises they will never fulfill.
The worst customer experience ever. I got the wrong sized boxers.I reported this an was promissed replacement but continued BS emails and no replacement product.

These people will only give lip service. Once they have your CC, you cant get rid of them. I tried to quit in 9/25, and it is now 2/26 and still get unwanted shipments, I've changed CC 2x, but they still ship. Emails are sometimes responded to " yes, it has been forwarded to correct Dept". That dept is dead, asleep or just don't care. My opinion is to run, don't walk away.
Tricked into a subscription at the first purchase. Requests to cancel keep being ignored, ghost customer service. Total scheme. Stay away.
