UPDATED: I have an existing policy with them for several pieces, and the website seemed unwilling to let me add pieces to my policy. BriteCo contacted me and was able to add the pieces manually. Very happy with their customer service.

BriteCo canceled my policy twice without a clear explanation. Only after I requested details under state law did they say my appraisal had “material discrepancies,” though the information was consistent. They also claimed I was barred from reapplying but never included that in the cancellation notice, only in fine-term.
After my initial trustpilot review outlining my experience, I was assisted in getting a policy but for less than half of what my rings appraisal came with. They were quick to respond and follow through after that.

I chatted with customer service who would not give me a reason why I was denied saying their guidelines are proprietary. I live in a small town, low-to-minimal crime, good income, good job, middle age, no personal crime background, good credit score. Yet still denied and with no explanation. I'm appalled.

Really great customer service from Stephanie and Dustin in providing me a quote for my wedding. They answered all my questions and were incredibly kind throughout. I've been stressed about the idea of something causing us to cancel our wedding and losing so much money due to overly strict vendor contracts. BriteCo is the ONLY insurance I found that understands the importance of covering an event like this. I'm not able to speak about their policy claim experience and I hope I never have to find out.
