Absolutely crap. Food stone cold. Raw bacon on burger. So annoyed as it was my dinner break and I ha to send back and get refund. FOH staff great, back of house cant even cook

Flame grilled taste is unique. Better than McDonald’s imo but locations are less common

Spent over £35 on 3 meals goes to the window and payed for food i then asked for some bbq sauce and i was asked for more payment of 40p i think this shocking as we have never payed before also they did not have frozen fanta i sure wont be going back to burger king at thinford

Amazing and delicious

Burger King has implemented certain policies that are concerning. They operate an award system based on crowns points program, which can be redeemed for items. However, Burger King has recently modified the rules in the app, limiting the use of awards to one free item per order, whereas previously there was no limit. This change was made without prior notice. I believe a refund is warranted due to this policy change. Furthermore, the Burger King app is not user-friendly. Upon receiving marketing promotions for daily deals, I am consistently unable to have these items delivered to me. Although the app indicates these promotions are available, they often prove to be unavailable upon attempted redemption.

Cold food and 100% absolute rip off. Tiny portions, tasted disgusting!

This place has really bad service and rude staff. The buns are dry and the sauce is sour.

Awful service, I used the burger king app to order my food only to be hit with a 2 hour delivery wait time, there is no way to cancel my order or contact burger king over the phone directly and instead I have to ring up uber eats who they're partnered with, only to be told I can't get a refund as my order is ongoing, so they have taken my money and left me having to wait 2 hours for my food, what a scummy restraunt, I won't be ordering from burger king again, disgusting service!

I ate one of the triple mcstuffed burgers because I'm hungry per usual and I ended up rocketing to the bathrooms because I had to crap so badly. all the other people in the restrooms side eyed and stared me down through the stalls. although one nice old lady that looked like she was going through menopause tried to offer me some fries that look like they been through WW1 AND WW2. I nicely declined the fries that looked like they been through hurricane Katrina and also which looked like someone wiped their booty on after dihrea and wiped blood on them that I found in the bathroom trashcans. It smelled like pennies. when I finally finished that war with my ahh i went up onto the table and started twerking. a-all the sempais were so n-nice!!..the fries were so..so big..>_< me and my wifu had a wonderful experience...except for the farting my guts out part..uwu!!..bye bakas..

Burger was great...... just wish you all would bring back the scrumptious angry whopper!

I am writing this because of this incident:-
Today went for some food.
People moaning queuing so we went to the self checkout and spent 10 minutes ordering our dinner to find out that it wasn’t working.
So as we walked out another young couple had seen someone slightly slip this store Burger King is a disgrace

Cold chicken Royal with brown lettuce looked like it came out of a bin with a few cold chips

when we entered straight away we saw burgers being made without gloves and presumably no washed hands or hair nets. When i recieved my burger a blue to be precice.. fake nail was found in my burger i am appalled with this. Staff were rude and judged me for what i ordered and gossiped to the other workers about it. After all this i had waited a whole 35 mins for just 1 burger. Absolute disgrace.

Poor customer service and horrible and cannot get orders right
No hand wash and weave and fake nails sometimes found in the food.

I ordered delivery and the driver was on her period and all the blood was in my burger also she was such a tramp she had poo in her hair and also she said she had used my fries as a dildo and she tried to hook up with me but I said no because she looks like a minor also she faked walking she’s actually in a wheelchair in the paraolimpics like Stephen hawking

went to Havant branch yesterday. Order at kisik almost 40minute wait as staff where more interested in packing the 8 or so delivery drivers that kept coming in. Totally shocking instore should be your priority espicallt when the deliver drivers keep turning up even after you ordered

They need to bad deliver drovers during peak time

I ordered two meals via a delivery service. Whopper meal with vanilla milkshake, and Chicken royale meal with a vanilla milkshake. The milkshakes were missing from both meals(claim through delivery service ongoing). I refused the fizzy drinks the driver tried to give me and decided to keep the meals and put in a claim for the milkshakes as per the drivers instruction. However the burgers and fries were near stone cold. I removed the bun 'lid' to microwave the burgers and so glad I did and not just bite into them as the lettuce was absolutely disgusting. Lettuce does wilt with the heat of the burgers but this lettuce was brown and a dirty yellow rotted lettuce, the chicken royale burger was overcooked and looked re cooked actually. I checked the fries and they looked stone cold, and 'dehydrated' old(how they look if you leave them till next day dehydrated) old. I was so angry I launched the burgers and fries in the bin. Then I decided to do a review where normally I would just leave it but... because I launched them in the bin forcefully they splattered into a complete mess so I couldn't add a photo to back up what I am saying. If this is their usual standard of hygiene and food safety I will never eat from Elder Gate Burger King.

My original chicken sandwich was over cooked and had a horrid medicinal taste. My onion rings were cold and sweaty (wet), and I was not given a receipt. Couldn’t finish the food because it was nasty, and my stomach began hurting.
