Mcdonalds in the last 5 years or more has become terrible.im fed up with cold burgers and fries that are cold and taste like they were made the day before.they have let down their quality just for profit,i can see Mc d's closing some resturants in the future and if this is how they continue i can see them going bankrupt.

As soon as I got my "cheese burger" It smelled horrendous. I opened it up and the cheese looked weird. I took it to the front and in the corner of my eye I saw Ronald mcdonald spanking and making dih cheese. I realized that and instantly starting eating my burger. The next day I woke up and I had been kirkified. 67/10 would def recommend🤤

Never order mc Donald’s from uber eats again. Mc Donald’s get the whole order wrong and take your money and refuse to do anything about it. Disgusting mc Donald’s staff

A male employer from the mc donald's Ehrenfeldgurtel 20, 50823 Cologne-Germany at about 17.45-18.00 was very rude to me and yelled at me infront of everyone saying that I did not pick up my order at time. I was so embarrassed and couldn't even say a word out of shock.Worst experience ever.

My son wanted to try their new nether sauce so I ordered him a plain burger meal with it on, when I approached the pay window I confirmed the order prior to paying and the girl at the window confirmed so I paid. When I got the order there was no sauce so I went in to get it only to be told they had none so I asked for a refund as my order was not what I asked for so the staff member said she would get the manager to refund it. When the site manager ( Mia ) came over she said she would not refund it as I got the meal, the sauce is a separate item and the hadn't charged for that, which shows they knew they didn't have it prior to taking my money. I said I ordered it as a meal not separate but Mia was adamant that they are separate and as I got the meal that I ordered they would not refund. I think they should of told me they didn't have it when I ordered at drive through and prior to taking my money.

Came in for 2 adult meals. The food was alright. Nothing special. Big Mac all over the place with too much lettuce. Chips never filled up properly and always a bit cold. Staff friendly and it’s lovely and clean.

Basingstoke leisure park McDonalds. We have a McDonalds around once a month and the other branches in Basingstoke don’t seem to bad but the leisure centre branch always seems to leave out something and when you complain you feel like a liar and when you defend yourself are told that you are being offensive. Today’s date is the 3rd of April 2025 11.30 a.m and have just got off the phone to the manager who has finally given me a meal as a good will gesture how nice of her after being told that I must have got this wrong wish there was minus stars they’d get five

Ordered an apple pie on 23/3/25 with 7.15 arrival via uber eats with burger & chips. Apple pie says discard at 7:18 . So I had 3 minutes to eat my burger , chips and apple pie. This must be a reportable under health & safety laws. Will look to report have images .
