We were traveling to Stavanger, and ordered 3 pizza with Dominos Forus on July 20. After we paid, we realized the waitress placed wrong order, then she insisted us to pay again for the right one, and claimed she cancelled the wrong one, so nothing will be charged for the first order. However, now it’s Aug, we are still double charged. We have been writing to the customer service, no feedback. We are calling Dominos Forus, the waitress keeps on saying “my manager says the money will be returned, just wait”. Very bad experience.Hope to get follow-ups on the case.
Ordered three pizzas via the Just Eat app. 2 x 7" & 1 x 9" from the store in Smethwick. Pizzas hadn't arrived after 40mins so I called the store. They told me that the order would be with me in 5 minutes. Called back after 15mins and expressed my annoyance that it was taking so long and I asked if my pizzas would still be hot by the time it eventually arrived. I was assured that they would still be hot. When the pizzas arrived, 20mins later, I expressed my annoyance regarding the time the delivery had taken. Driver said he was stuck in traffic. ( I had checked the traffic reports and there weren't any delays reported). We opened our pizzas to be welcomed to the kind of pizzas I would see after it was warmed up in my microwave. I had ordered chicken and onions on my pizza. I counted 9 strips of chicken on a 9" pizza and 12 bits of onion. The pizzas were "warm" at best and lacked any freshness. The same can be said for the other pizzas I ordered for my Step-daughter and her friend.

Pizza was incredibly dry, either from being overcooked or from the complete lack of sauce on the base or both?!….it was totally tasteless!
Just about had some potato wedges…about a handful (from a small hand!) & half of the ones we had were either undercooked or had grey spots in them!
The only decent thing was the garlic bread which was actually delicious!!! Should have ordered 3 of them!…..me & my partner were so hungry that we ate it all but I’d of complained if I was alone….NOT ordering from there again! DEFINITELY AVOID….
Ordered online from `Hammersmith. App said food had been delivered (it hadn’t). Called them and was told it had been delivered, then told there driver was lost, then told the order had been remade . Untrustworthy. Waiting for refund .
Disgusting pizza from Dominos Diss Branch. Was so bad it went straight in the bin!! When I complained to customer service I was basically told to go away!! Absolutely appalling! Will order from Domino’s again!!
customer service, apolling they literally must employ people who like to cover up their poor staff who clearly can't provide a service to the public as they advertise store management who don't call back to find out the issue staff who clearly can't follow a simple instruction ie you wish your order to be either delivered or collected at a persific time that they can't adear too ... so what's the point in having a drop-down box for slots they don't like criticism and don't like giving refunds. Instead, they like to back liers and make excuses and not like what a customer is complaining about, so what is the point of customer service ?? and how the higher management can be fine with how their shops are being run it is clear now why their reviews are so shocking across the country and as for there 5 star reviews they must be some very lucky customers or there own staff posting them because the percentages of 1 to 3 star is shocking enough and I'm sure this review will be overlooked like the rest of there poor reviews on here PEOPLE WHO ORDER FROM DOMINO'S DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK AND READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING.
I have used Domino’s Kingswood Hull off and on for some time now and have always been more than satisfied with the very high standards.
My most recent order was around seven - eight weeks ago and I was most disappointed. The base was very undercooked and bordering closely on raw. It was binned immediately.
They requested a review as usual and I indicated the above and was given a head office contact regarding this. Kingswood Domino’s did not at any point communicate with me directly and I received no communication whatsoever from the contact details provided to me.
This is very disappointng and far from what I expected after my previous experiences. A simple apology would have sufficed but that was blatantly not to be.
I will reluctantly purchase elsewhere in future.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the ERITH STORE order an order at 12.37am as was late night and this was all that was open..order got cancelled via there end 20mins after placing order been waiting for a refund for 8days now when ws told would only be 5-7 working days…rung the store to which they was giggling in back ground and had no answer to where my refund was head office also was shocking bad and awful at helping…would never ordering dominos again papa John is our new go to for pizza
Absolutely disgusting, Ordered over £100 worth of pizza, Part of it was overcooked and completely dry and edible and the chicken strips were raw, Food poisoning which resulted in time off work, Complaint to dominoes, Who have just denied it?, Will not be ordering from them again, Avoid dominoes at all cost
Dominos Whickham square, probably the worst takeaway in the area. An hour late, cold pizzas, stone cold chips, didn’t deliver the cookie ordered. Will not answer the phone when I have tried ringing numerous times. Avoid at all costs, this is not the first time we have ordered but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt
So me and my partner order twice every month at least if not sometimes more. Placed an order last week always order the cinnamon chocolate rolls for dessert never had an issue until last week when we paid £6.99 for them but they didn’t deliver. We contacted the store to be then told sorry mistake will have them delivered to you within 10-15 mins…. 20 mins past we called the store again to be told the exact same please be patient will be with you within 10 mins our driver is on the way to you. 30 mins past nothing called the store again spoke to a manger who asked us to be patient and will make sure to get them to you - I said no thanks I’d like a refund of £6.99 now please he told me no problem I’ll issue the refund right now for you it should arrive in your bank within 1-2 days. Refund never arrived?!
Placed an order this evening, contacted the store to ask for the missing desert to be added on as never got a refund for you.at first was told to call back in 5 mins as there no manger on shift… called back 5 mins later asked for a manger said the same thing but there is a supervisor in, at first was told he too busy to talk I said well you have a mouth can you please ask your supervisor if it can be added on to our delivery before it leaves the store?… put the phone down and came back to say yeah okay will place it on with your delivery.
Guess what … the pizza got delivered cold & squashed. To top it off no deserts been added on like was told. Contacted the store yet again asked to speak to a manger to then have the phone put down on me! I called again and explained everything yet again at first they claimed we didn’t order - accusing me of lying oh then when I gave them my telephone number Shockingly they found my order… then told me there coming on a separate delivery 🤔 but then when I said why were they not on with the pizza like I was told - straight away then says will make them now and they’ll be with you within 15-20 mins!! Oh so there not made then, no we’re making them now… but you just told me there already on the way.
30 mins later they arrived in a squashed open box hardly any chocolate on freezing cold! The driver even asked for a tissue because he got chocolate on his hand 😡😡😡 told them you can put that straight in the bin!! It’s the final and last time we will ever order from domino’s that’s for a fact! Food hygiene standards are diabolical and outrageous dishonesty customer care.
Waited 3 hours for a pizza. Was told on the phone when I called that this was "normal for Dominos" and had "20-30 orders to deal with". How is this my problem? If you have too many orders, close delivery options for a couple of hours.
The next day on Foodora, they were advertising 30% off to get more customers. Laughably bad.

For the second time (Taunton branch) our order was undelivered with the company telling us it apparently had been. Really appalling.
Pizza was very nice however since when do dominoes charge for delivery? £2 for about 200 yards. If we had not been disabled we would have collected it ourselves
