Mal servicio

Poor delivery service and haven't returned my money. I only received half of it and the rest they haven't returned yet.

Mal servicio de entrega y no me han devuelto el dinero. Solo recibí la mitad y el resto aún no me lo han devuelto.

Hola, sentimos mucho la situación. Si no has recibido el importe completo, es posible que la diferencia corresponda a los gastos de transporte asociados a la devolución.
De todos modos, para asegurarnos de que todo esté correcto, por favor indícanos el número de pedido y revisaremos el caso cuanto antes por si se tratase de un error.

Removal of old oven

My order was inclusive of collection of old unit. New delivered and the company said they had no instruction to collect the old. There is no place on the order form to request this. On enquiry after delivery they advised that it is not and I should have called after I placed the order to get this included. Very bad instructions and even worse follow up. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Sentimos por los problemas que has tenido. Solo queríamos aclarar que, como indicamos en nuestras condiciones de compra (punto 2), cuando no se contrata el servicio premium, es necesario avisarnos con antelación si necesitas que el transportista retire el aparato antiguo.
Si no lo hacemos así, el transporte no puede llevarse nada, ya que se perdería la trazabilidad del envío.

En este mismo punto es donde puedes encontrar el formulario de retirada para cumplimentar.
