It's taken me three months to get a refund. In the end, I had to file a complaint to be able to return a product, as the law states.

Don’t buy from Worten if you want your electrical appliances properly installed. The service people broke the water pipe and left washing machine in the middle of the kitchen and left. They suggested me to go to buy a broken peace and promised to come back after 1 week to change it.

I paid for delivery within 24 hours and it has been 48 hours and still no delivery and nobody has been in touch with me.

They send me to track on ctt website and you can not get information from them either because the tracking number appears as invalid. Horrible. No way to talk to anyone at worten. No way to talk to anyone at ctt.

Cuando paso a seguir con ctt, no hay manera de preguntarles a ellos nada porque el número de seguimiento aparece inválido. Todo muy mal. Ninguna manera de hablar con alguien en shorten y ninguna manera de hablar con nadie en ctt.

You just answered that you delivered the products. I did not receive the television and dishwasher! Please help me. And no I am really stressed because all of these problems with Worten delivery. I paid a lot of money.

The same product was ordered twice in error and one was cancelled the very next day once it had come to my attention. A Worten representative acknowledged there was a duplicate order and that the order would be cancelled and a refund processed. The refund has still not happened over 6 weeks later and now they are ignoring all my emails. I have asked for a complaints form and this has also been ignored.

Unreliable I class them . Ive bought from them twice, each time Ive experienced problems. First the package was not delivered, but it took me many weeks and many communications to persuade them to refund.
The second time they advertised on Idealo and their own website next day delivery. It took four days of pressure to get it delivered,

Worten is portugurese company and use CTT (Portuguese Post Office) for shipping. CTT is well known in that country for its inefficiency. See numerous complaints on the internet.

I cant buy from Worten in future its too much trouble

Great service, we ordered online with a good choice of washing machines. The delivery time was very fast and we had to change the delivery date due to work commitments. The customer service team were very helpful and changed the date.
Delivery was excellent, the guys installed the new machine in my kitchen which is down a set of narrow stairs, they were happy to carry out the installation and remove the old machine (up the stairs) and all packaging

Sent incorrect items and don't want to accept the return.

I ordered Colgate con neutralizador de acidos de azucares and they sent me Colgate Extra Calcio. The image on the website doesn't correspond what they sent me and they refuse to accept the return of the items that HAVEN'T BEEN OPENED.

It is YOUR mistake that you upload wrong photos or description, YOUR mistake of sending things without checking what you are selling and now I have be pay for this??

Customer service is absulutely ridiculous, they don't even read message and just send the same templates.

Cannot you check your own website and see the difference between the picture and of what I've received?
