Stellar houses and stellar service
For the n-th time I'm in a house we rented via Esmark and the customer service is out of this world. The beds in one room (kid's room) were just thick toppers on wood and after three aweful nights we finally had the idea to ask if they had matrasses. The super friendly and patient gentleman who came around also fixed the complicated stove (about five times, it kept beeping after a couple of minutes) and then drove around looking for something for me to sleep on. (Thank you Gerd!) The houses are clean, anything that is missing, Esmark will do their best to provide. Staff is always super friendly. Cancellation policy is a bit tough and, man, I'd love to sleep an hour longer before leaving, but I understand the reasons for both.
The website is also great to use and I love the option to search via the map.
I hope I can come many, many times again.
