I ordered 2 pairs of trousers and got a free top. One pair of trousers were out of stock. The top was too big so I arranged an exchange. I returned the original top, only to finds they resent me the same size and charged me £59.95 for it.

Awful terrible experience. Again, I bought a single pair of leggings, and Fabletics charged my £59.99 each month for 4 months. Yes I was slow to notice, but this is really poor form. This is a trick. Then when I asked them about this via email, Fabletics denied having my email address, even though I have the original email confirmation. Avoid this business at all costs. Even if I did want the "VIP", what did I get for £59.99!!??? Absolutely nothing. Yeah, great experience guys. Really looking after customers eh!!?? You guys suck big time.

I made ONE small purchase with Fabletics and later discovered I had been enrolled into a VIP subscription without realizing it.
They charged me for two months automatically. No clear warning, no obvious confirmation that I was signing up for a monthly membership. This is a classic subscription trap.
I never intended to join VIP. I never knowingly agreed to recurring payments.
Now I’m forced to open disputes through PayPal just to get my money back.
This business model is designed to rely on people missing the “skip month” window. That’s not transparency — that’s manipulation.
Customer support is slow and difficult to reach, and the whole experience feels deliberately confusing.
My advice: AVOID FABLETICS.
If you buy once, watch your account closely — they will happily keep charging you.
This isn’t how honest companies operate.

I wanted to unsubscribe from Fabletics. To stop them sending me information. The website does not allow to unsubscribe.I then realised they are
Debiting my account every month without my knowledge
I have made only one small purchase with Fabletics.
I did not even know I had a membership with the company.
They have stolen over £300 since August 2025.
My bank are now passing it to the Freud department.
My advice is AVOID FABLETICS DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM . ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR DETAILS THEY HELP THEMSELVES
In the last ten minutes Fabletics have replied to Trust. pilot. They suggest I contact them . I tried phoning
I was 17 th in the queue for 29 Minuets. I tried messaging Mark Ralea the director and Kelly Lau his accountant. I have asked both director and accountant to call me , I have not had any reply.
These people know why I am not happy with them. They only need to read all the Trust Pilot Reviews.
Many being scammed just like myself.
It is 24 hours since my last update with this company.
This morning I phoned the support line at 9 am.
I had a very interesting and lengthy conversation with the support team. After 40 plus minutes he promised a full refund of the money they had stolen from my bank. I have received an email to confirm the whole conversation and the confirmation of a total refund.
Let’s hope I receive this within the next 5 days as they have promised.

I was charged for a VIP membership that I did not order. I made one purchase, which I returned. I have never requested any other services from this company, yet they automatically registered me for a VIP membership without my permission and continue to bill me monthly. Cancelling it is not easy.

Fraud! Stay away! When you buy clothes from them they sign you up to pay £60 a month without consent or awareness from the buyer. I contacted them to ask for a refund of £500 that they took out of my account and they said I have only £80 credit to spend on their sight and refuse to refund Any money paid. They was taking money out of my account and I was unaware. Where has my money gone? Ive raised an issue with PayPal and going to take this further! Do not buy!

Got sneakily signed up for a £60 monthly membership for 4 months
Avoid at all costs

Are you taking the ?
I paid with Apple Pay for two sales items I did not sign up to a membership and I would not shop here. I bought two presents at Christmas for women. There was no clear indication that I had to sign up for the sale price. Absolute criminal £59.99 a month ? For what for “savings” are you crazy. How’s that saving

Its just a total scam, where although they do state that the £59 will be charged they try to hide it as much as they can get away with. I'm sure a lot of people would get caught out paying a lot more than they first thought.

Fabletics’ business model feels deliberately deceptive. I was charged £60 unnecessarily, and once they have your money, cancelling is made intentionally difficult.
The “VIP membership” is not clearly explained, and charges are applied even when you do not actively place an order. This is not a transparent subscription — it is a subscription trap. The cancellation process is frustrating, time-consuming, and clearly designed to discourage customers from leaving.
Customer service is unhelpful and does nothing to resolve the issue or offer a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they rely on fine print and confusing policies to justify taking your money.
This is not how a reputable brand should operate. I strongly advise others to stay away unless you are prepared for unexpected charges and a nightmare cancellation process. I will not be using Fabletics again.

Awful, awful sneaky customer service. I cancelled my mebership and weeks later still recieved a charge double of what it used to be. I spent hours on the chats being ignored, resorted to email who told me i could be refunded through a chat. To then wait half hour to get onto the chat and be called a lier and have my refund refused and time waisted. I asked to have the conversation to be put through as a complaint and instead they ended the chat. Awful, awful people.
... after fabletics response to my feedback here I have still not been contacted by anyone.

Terrible company. Support staff mislead you and they flat out refuse to acknowledge this. Quality of the leggings is terrible they are see through and after 1 wash they went all bobbly. AVOID

Comfortable activewear but the membership system can be confusing at first

Such a scam. Two times I skipped my membership and it still charged me. I returned an order and they did not refund the full amount. They told me it takes time to show on my credit card. It's been three weeks and now they want to give me store credit for less than the amount of the refund. No transparency at all. Customer service are foreigners who don't seem to care. I've wasted so much time trying to communicate with them to get a simple refund.
This is one of the most duplicitous and unethical companies I have ever come across. Its membership subscription relies on people forgetting that they have a subscription and then finding it hard to claim money back. If in any doubt listen the BBCs You and Yours programme of 15th December 2025.

I am giving one star because I cannot give 0.
Bought something online, never arrived, costumer service NOT FOUND and then on top of everything after 2 weeks of my purchase they try to charge me for a membership that I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. Disgusting company.

No form of contact at all, chat never answers, phone line is fake. I've cancelled 3 times now and they have still taken money from my account which is now being disputed with my bank. Avoid completely .
