Dear Fabletics Customer Service,
I am writing to formally complain about an unauthorized £60 charge taken from my account on 2 February 2026.
I did not knowingly or clearly agree to any subscription. The way this membership was applied to my purchase appears deliberately misleading and deceptive. I made a first-time purchase and paid for the product I selected. I did not agree to ongoing monthly charges. The fact that £60 has been taken from my account without my explicit consent is unacceptable.
I require the following actions immediately:
Immediate cancellation of any subscription or membership linked to my account.
A full refund of the £60 already taken.
Written confirmation that no further payments will be processed.
Assurance that no additional money will be taken from my account.
Today, 11 February 2026, I attempted to resolve this by calling your customer support. After explaining to the automated system that my issue concerned the £60 charge from 2 February, I was told the waiting time was 45 minutes and that I was number 65 in the queue. After waiting 25 minutes, I was still number 65 in the queue. This is unacceptable. I am also being charged for this call, which makes the situation even worse.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel misled and taken advantage of by what appears to be a subscription trap. I have never experienced this from a company that claims to be reputable.
If this matter is not resolved immediately with cancellation and full refund, I will escalate the issue without hesitation. This will include contacting my bank to dispute the charge, reporting the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities, and sharing my experience publicly.
I expect confirmation of cancellation and refund without delay.
Sincerely,
Joanna
Do not trust this fraudulent company I ordered a pair of scrub trousers that were advertised at a special offer price I ordered them and paid £14.29 on the 21st of January at no point did it say anything about subscription charges and I certainly DID NOT agree for anymore money to be taken from my account yesterday £59.99 was taken from my bank account no email no explanation or anything absolutely scammers!!!!! AVOID!!!!!how they think they can do this to people is wrong
Terrible experience with Fabletics. They 'sneaked' a VIP membership into my checkout and charged me £59.99 without any warning or email. Their customer service wait times are a joke—3 hours on hold and still no answer! 😡 I've managed to cancel online. To recover the money they took from my account, I had to buy something from them. Warning to others: check your bank statements!"
I placed an order for what I thought was a first order offer but turned out I had been signed up (without my knowledge) for a membership costing £59.99 a month!! I have raised a Paypal dispute to sort out obtaining a refund for the £59.99 monthly charge that has been taken from my account and for cancelling a membership that I didn't ask for. I'm waiting now to see if any more fraudulent payments get charged to my account over the next month. Very grateful that I had paid for the original order with Paypal and was able to raise a dispute which will hopefully speed up getting a resolution. BTW - I returned the items from the original order as the quality was poor and fit was not my style.
I have cancelled my membership - then 4 weeks later they have taken the credit out of my account and within a few minutes I have received the cancellation confirmation. Now I have a credit sitting there which I can only use towards exorbitant prices as I am not a member anymore! I cant get though via whatsapp or chat or phone. Apparently they are currently experiencing higher than normal wait times. Will not recommend or buy again
The Consumer Contracts Regulations requires cancellations within 14 days to include refunds for services - in effect, a withdrawal of the contract.
Fabletics actively tries to convince their customers they don't have this right, unless they jump through some hoops and explicitly state they're 'withdrawing'. If you fill out the normal cancellation form, they claim you're not 'withdrawing' and still apply the 30 day cooling off period.
Customer service is also shocking, it took 18 hours to get through to someone to question this. As soon as you threaten a charge back, they just refund you anyway, but claim it's a 'one time courtesy', instead of what it is - a legal right.
Don't let them fob you off, their terms and conditions don't override legislation.

Bad way to conduct yourself as a business.
My business is run on caring for customers first - this is rule number 1.
I have paid out of my own pocket in the past with my small e-commerce business to ensure that my customers are happy and to build trust.
This company is a disgrace and I won’t be buying from them again.
Why would you want to place distrust between your company and your customer base?
Crazy way to operate!
Fabletics clothes are always top quality, beautifully made designs, wash and wear again and again and they are still as good as when they were bought.
For great savings become a VIP, great loyalty program that let's you buy every month if you want to or skip every month, lots of savings to be had.
I've been a member since 2022 and I'd happily recommend Fabletics to anyone.

Bought 2 pairs of leggings - was charged £4.49 for delivery. Website states £3.95 so not sure where that came from. Contacted customer support - they said they can't remedy until receipt. When the items arrived, contacted them again after what felt like a millenia I finally got my refund. 3 days later I was charged £59.99, I hadn't even tried the leggings on yet. Took me another 2 days to get through to someone. I'd had enough at this point. I asked for a refund and to close my account (less than 14 days of opening) All actioned ok, tried to log in after the chat and it said unknown user ID. Happy days. Fast forward a month and charged again £59.99. I was on hold on the phone for 2 hours before being cut off, been on Whatsapp chat since 9am this morning (currently 2pm) and no further along.
I believe the whole thing is a scam and wouldn't recommend them at all.
I was also sent a promotional packet of laundry detergent which had 2 spelling mistakes on it - very unprofessional
EDIT: After 5 hours and 50 minutes I got a refund and my account closed
Common Complaints
Automatic Subscription Trap: Many users claim they did not knowingly sign up for a monthly, paid membership when purchasing, leading to unexpected, recurring monthly fees.
Difficult Cancellation Process: Users report that cancelling the membership is difficult, with some stating that charges continued even after they believed they had cancelled.
Hidden Fees: Complaints often cite being charged for not selecting an item by the 5th of the month.
Poor Customer Service: Customers report long hold times and unhelpful service when trying to resolve billing disputes.
Quality/Fit Concerns: Some users find the sizing inconsistent or the fabric quality not to their liking.
Always good quality gear. With fast delivery. Would recommend the brand!

I bought from their website at Christmas. Luckily I keep my credit card locked at all times. They have just attempted to take 59.99 from my account. I wasn't aware I had subscribed.
I fall into the trap of buying monthly membership of £59.99 which is a trap. They made cancellation very difficult. But after a lot of effort if you were able to place the request they won't act on it and continue drawing monwy from your account. Moreover, there is no communication of when the membership will be cancelled and what should customers do while waiting.
If the intensions are right they could've give all the option as immidiate cancellation or not. But they dont care about customer service at all.
The quality of the cloths are not good enough to justify their price even if you are a VIP member. Its all just a hollow marketing. Save yourself dont give your card information and stay as far as possible.
Don’t waste your time. Products are not squat proof, bras are not supportive and the cancellation process is a joke; it took over 2 hours in a queue just to cancel my subscription and they kept part of my refund as store credit rather than reimburse in to my bank account.

I should really have checked the reviews, but I have some Fabletics leggings from around 7 years ago that I still wear now, so I assumed they would still be a good company.
Not so.
They lure you in with the 2 for £19 offer, but I've had to send one pair back because the material is disgusting. The other pair that I kept have bobbled after 1 wash, and the joggers have lost their shape. Truly awful products now.
So I cancelled my membership, but in the small print it states that cancellation takes a whole 30 days to process and in that time they'll still take your VIP payment! There's no logical reason why cancellation should take 30 days, it's purely designed to trick people into making another payment before you leave.
Customer services are robotic and unhelpful, clearly based outside the UK because of americanised spellings and use pre-set responses.
AVOID.

Thought I try this membership but have a feeling it’s more of a scam than anything else. The items are way overpriced so even with VIP credit you need to pay an arm and a leg.
Material is great but the colour choices are pretty off, sort of missing the mark. Also the sizes are sold out most of the items I ever liked so you’re very limited to spend your precious money on things that aren’t your first or second choice but “what’s left over”.
Also I think in 2026 we need to leave leggings with seems alone. Why are there so many?
Great choice great prices easy check out
Thankyou

Ordered 2 x items, which have been returned and refunded.
One month later they have tried to take £59.99 out of my bank account and advised I have signed up for a membership.
No agreement has been signed, no communication has been sent from them and now customer services are really unhelpful.
Avoid these scam artists!

This company is an absolute joke, I bought leggings January 2025, they then took £50 out my account 2 weeks later saying I subscribed to vip, tried to cancel on WhatsApp app, didn't get my money back then 3 months later took 59 each month for 3 months, i blocked them through my bank in August 2025, now February 2026 after being blocked no refund they have taken another 59 this company will be getting reported stay clear do not buy from them
