Let down by DPD

Coach bag fault
I bought a coach bag and got given the one off display which I pointed out had a scratch on it after I’d seen it and purchased it so was told to go to a larger store for an exchange . The shipping costs are very high and is you want to return an item also very high. So say if the item doesnt fit you could be spending £30 just on delivery sending back and reordering which its way over the top. Other than that its a good service and experience but these costs take away 2 starts for me.

I placed an order for a birthday…
I placed an order for a birthday present on the 20th of January it says it was going to be delivered by the 26th of January, my order still hasn’t been processed and it’s now the 12th of February. When speaking to customer services they told me there was IT issues in the warehouse, when asked them a week later the issue was they were out of stock. I issued a complaint which they told me they would get back to me with the next steps within 72 hours. I’m still waiting after 5 days. Sent another email yesterday and haven’t replied. Seems like there doing everything in there power to fob me off. Will not be using this company again
Delivered to wrong address - items not received
Paid almost £12 for next day delivery. I know it is DPD fault and not flannels but considering they use them I guess there is some partial blame. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and a picture taken of it on the floor inside a different property. There is multiple houses on the road all full of multiple flats. I contacted DPD support and they told me that the person would come back this evening and deliver it to my address. They stated to make contact back after 6/7 if it had not turned up. The support line closes at 6:30. I have spend £100 on items that I needed for today as I was meant to be getting the train this evening. I have lost my money cancelling my train and do not even know if I am going to get it tomorrow. I still need to leave and get a train tomorrow but needed these items. I’m sorry but the houses all have numbers on the doors. It is not confusing in the slightest and my number was provided so if there was any confusing they could have called. Disappointed and quite frustrated.
Dispute over returned item
I have ordered off Flannels a few times, and whenever you return it is incredibly expensive.
My most recent order, I ordered a ski top from Goldbergh. Upon return , Flannels emailed me to tell me the item had been worn and therefore was against the returns policy - they were sending it back to me, and if i returned it to them again then I would lose the item & any refund.
Whilst I appreciate companies have a returns policy, this item had not been worn. It had labels attached to visible zips and the outside, which no one would wear without removing because you'd look utterly ridiculous walking around with tags on your clothes!!!!
This company is just such a cowboy style sham. It's embarrassing for those designer labels to even be listed on here.
