Bad filament
I purchased 2.5 kg white PLA Pro filament in the flashforge.dk webshop. Printing at PLA temperatures, layers would not adhere, and at PETG temperatures, it warped like crazy.
Oven the phone, Flashforge Denmark advised me, that it was because of the white pigment, and that I should increase my extruder ratio, but this did not help.
I have an older spool of red PLA, which prints fine.
Update: Flashforge Denmark just called and offered to replace the defective filament, which I accepted.
In all fairness, I said to only send one (1) kg. even though my original purchase was for 2.5, because I felt, I should carry some of the risk.
This is good service, wherefore I have changed my review to a positive one.

Best service ever
About a year ago I had the pleasure of buying a 3D printer from Flashforge Denmark.
I got a very good machine i was happy about, but as everything else, when you use it frequently, i crashed.
One of my fans was out of service and i reached out for help. After a few minutes, a new fan was on the way to me and the problem was solved.
If anyone is looking for a 3D printer, i recommend this company, they are so nice and helpful.
