Bought a watch on 20th December, was delayed by a significant amount of time. Still awaiting this watch or a refund, customer service has no contact number to speak to directly, been liaising with emails back and forth (they take days to reply). It’s currently been a month and a half still no watch or refund! Going to contact Trading Standards to get involved now.
*Upon reading your reply I can see by the tracking that it’s been reported damaged at Manises, Spain. Then there was an attempted collection, I’m just really struggling to understand why there is no phone number to speak to someone, rather than just messaging through here! I have sent multiple emails and have been left in the dark. Why is there no understanding and being in the other persons shoes?!?! I have no watch and my money is in your pockets as a company, there is no compensation being offered for the inconvenience this has caused!

This company are nothing but thieves… if thy will not refund you the bank will.
We paid £350 for express delivery. Then ups didn’t deliver as they wanted further fees which we have already paid shop 24 for! Hundred of calls and emails all went in nothing! 2 months since then and we still have not got any response nor refund! I’ll sue them.

Placed order and paid for 4 x 6 pack of wine glasses 11th Dec. Quick invoice and confirmation of UPS was the delivery service. BUT! from Spain!
Now 23rd Dec nothing received except 4 emails from UPS saying delayed, then delayed further, now I need to complete customs forms! and likely storage costs of £16.20p per day!

Not very happy, Had to pay £60 import duty, and saw no mention of this when i placed the order, or that it was coming from abroad, also had to pay £60 vat that i shouldn't have had to pay and can't claim back.
It's been 11 day's now, I hope it actually arrives.

I’ve searched internet in and out for a basic mica heater of a specific power output but nothing was available on a UK market .

And I cannot be more grateful for a SUPERB service provided along the way.
Price of shipping , by UPS : £6.51, I thought it was too good to be true . But it was true . I’ve placed my order on Tue and parcel landed on my doorstep following Mon morning - delivery was super fast / order came from Spain !!! /.
I’m very impressed with ‘ShopBetter’ - would recommend it without hesitation - informative emails, about the progress of delivery, were sent promptly.

I didn't get my item and they are asking me to pay to chat with someone. There is no phone number on the website.
On the website it says they will dispatch the item within 24 hours. in reality its been almost a week and no delivery

I ordered L’Occitaine Eau de Toilette on 03 March and have an order number (I took a screenshot shot at payment stage). You’ve taken the money from my bank account already but I’ve not even received an email acknowledgement or information about when the order will be dispatched. I can’t get through by phone. I won’t pay to use the Just Answer live chat as it’s an extra cost. I’ve emailed. This is terrible customer service. Please let me know what’s happening as I need the product for a gift writhin the next seven days.

Det er umuligt at få kontakt med Shopbetter. Den 24. januar sendte jeg både en besked via deres online kontaktformular på hjemmesiden og en e-mail, hvor jeg beskrev, at mit Ambilight ikke længere fungerede på tv'et. Desværre har jeg ikke modtaget noget svar – bortset fra deres automatiske besked: "Hej, tak fordi du kontakter os. Vi har modtaget din henvendelse (#ID) og går straks i gang med at lede efter en løsning." og nu har vi den 3. Marts uden svar. Har forsøgt at kontakte dem igen uden held.

I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out regarding an issue with the Ambilight feature on my TV. Unfortunately, it has completely stopped working, despite always being turned on. Additionally, I have noticed occasional blinking, which resembles the start of a short circuit.

Be aware. I love how the prices look good on large electricals, example a TV but when you look closer at the import fees....well yeah, it puts the price back right up to it's original registered retail price.
I'll pass.

I warn you, these are scammers. I made a purchase and paid about 7 euros for 3-day access. After 3 days, 33 euros were withdrawn from my account. It turned out to be a paid subscription, renewable every 28 days. The goods arrived damaged, I filed a complaint and placed and paid for a new order. And the delay began, people were asked to confirm the order even though it had been paid. In fact, the idea was to delay the new shipment until 28 days had passed in order to debit the subscription fee from the account. Be careful.
