If I could give 0 stars I would.
FlexiSpot has been a mess from start to finish.
I ordered a sit-stand desk as a bundle (frame + tabletop) and the website let me choose a 100×60 cm top. Only after delivery—mid-assembly—did I discover the frame isn’t compatible with that size. Support admitted the website “hasn’t been updated” and that 100 cm isn’t compatible, which means FlexiSpot sold me an incompatible bundle.
Their “solution” was to refund the tabletop and tell me to buy a 120×60 cm top instead, at additional cost. I did that, and then I was told the correct tabletop is out of stock for weeks.
So now I’m stuck with a half-assembled desk taking up space that I can’t use and a random table top—because of FlexiSpot’s own product configuration error and stock issues. Customer service responses are polite, but the outcome is basically “not our problem.”
If you’re ordering, double-check compatibility yourself and don’t assume the options on the website are accurate. I wouldn’t recommend FlexiSpot based on this experience.
Worst table ever
I purchased the Flow Table during a sale. It’s my third standing desk, and even with the discount, it was a disaster. The materials are cheap, and the instructions are plainly wrong—the images and steps don’t match the actual parts. I gave it away immediately for free because returning it wasn’t realistic; it’s far too heavy. I reinstalled my previous IKEA desk in 20 minutes and was reminded how good it is. Any other table on the market is better than this one.
Joweelyn was a great help
Joweelyn was a great help. The device was very good. She really helped me, understanding the situation. It was a while ago and I forgot the write a review.
Joweelyn, thank you for your service
Top quality and service
I purchased a sit-stand desk and am very satisfied with its build quality. When a delivery issue arose, the support team was prompt, helpful, and kept me updated until it was resolved. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a well-built, reliable desk.
E7plus - Solid concept, but stability and usability could be better
The delivery was quick and as expected. However, the overall quality of the product feels somewhat overpromised.
I only ordered the legs (without a desktop), so I can’t comment on the quality of the surfaces. I skipped the desktop because I wasn’t very impressed by the options — I prefer natural wood in my home.
The legs are advertised as very sturdy, but honestly, they feel a bit wobbly to me, even in the sitting position. When standing, it’s noticeably unstable — the branches of the plant on my desk keep waving constantly. I understand that keeping a 40 kg desktop completely steady in a raised position is difficult, but FlexiSpot makes pretty strong claims about the desk’s stability.
My second gripe is the overly sensitive control panel, which gets accidentally activated by my girlfriend all the time — and sometimes even by my cat.
Finally, it’s surprisingly hard to leave a review on the official website, which makes the perfect 5-star rating there feel a bit questionable.
Exceptional Customer Service! They went above and beyond my expectations.
I recently purchased a desk from FlexiSpot. After receiving my order, I reached out to customer service to inquire about an exchange for a larger desktop size.
Their response was incredibly fast and demonstrated truly outstanding customer focus.
Instead of a complicated exchange process, they quickly processed a full refund for the item, allowing me to easily place a new order for the size I needed. This hassle-free resolution was efficient and very generous.
I highly recommend FlexiSpot for their excellent product quality and top-tier after-sales support.

Good support experience
Poor quality table (E5), Great customer support.
Ordered an E5 table, it is not suitable for my use case and contacted the support team and they handle it quickly and professionally.
Unreasonable customer service
My experience with FlexiSpot was extremely disappointing. I encountered an issue with a promotional discount code that was clearly accepted by the system, yet the discount was not applied at checkout. When I contacted customer service immediately, they acknowledged the issue — one colleague even offered an alternative lower discount.
I was told that if I had taken a screenshot at checkout, the outcome might have been different. This clearly shows that resolving the issue was not about what was fair or reasonable, but about what the company chose to acknowledge.
Even after requesting cancellation hours after the order was made, they insisted on shipping the order anyway — despite the fact that UPS confirmed the parcel hadn’t yet reached their depot and could easily have been stopped. I was told to simply “refuse the delivery at the door”, which is inefficient and avoidable.
This lack of flexibility, inconsistency between staff members, and refusal to take responsibility has left a very poor impression. I cannot recommend FlexiSpot based on this experience.
Trust trustpilot
I can only start by saying “Trust Trustpilot” before ordering.
We ordered a desk that was said it can be delivered between 2 and 6 working days, soon after the order they came to us with an email that the frame is not on stock and needs 2-3 weeks to be restocked. I asked them if they can commit to 4 weeks delivery and still did not get an answer, probably they cannot. The availability of products SHOULD be by law shown on the website, it is not the first site that lies about delivery time, letting you place an order and then come with excuses.
I will keep all other items unpacked and will send them back if they do not deliver within maximum 4 weeks from the order day.
Low quality, terrible service and high prices
I ordered two E5 electrically adjustable legs along with two 140cm bamboo tabletops. I received a shipping confirmation for the tabletops, complete with tracking details, but never heard back from FlexiSpot regarding the E5 legs.
After waiting 11 days without an update, I contacted customer support, to finally receive two tracking numbers on a Thursday. When I checked the tracking numbers Friday morning, I found out—without prior notification—that my two 22kg packages were already out for delivery. FlexiSpot, I quote, expected me to be home from 8 AM to 6 PM, with zero warning. Without prior notice. On a workday. On a Friday.
Since DPD was now handling the shipment, I reached out to FlexiSpot Netherlands to request the reference number (not the tracking number) so I could reschedule the delivery with DPD online, while also trying to call DPD. I spoke to three different FlexiSpot support agents, none of whom provided any useful assistance. Their attitude was along the lines of "This isn’t our problem anymore, go talk to DPD."
I was told that FlexiSpot had shared my contact details with DPD so I would receive notifications, but I never got a single update. Left with no choice, I had to stay home all day to receive my packages.
In a final attempt to get answers, I called FlexiSpot Germany. The representative was respectful and assured me that he would contact his logistics team and send me the necessary details via email. That email never arrived. Meanwhile, the online tracking system was useless, still showing my packages at the warehouse, and without notifications, I had no idea what was going on. The packages finally arrived after 4 PM.
Yes, part of the blame falls on DPD, but customer service of FlexiSpot was an absolute nightmare. Across three languages and multiple agents, there was no accountability, no real help, and no clear communication.
About the E5 Table
According to the manual, assembly should be simple: depending on your tabletop size, you select one of three screw hole positions (120cm, 140cm, or 160cm). However, when placing my 140cm bamboo tabletop onto the E5 legs at the designated 140cm setting, the pre-drilled holes did not align properly.
To make the holes match, I had to adjust the leg setting between 140cm and 160cm, which led to a design flaw: two pre-drilled holes on each side of the legs became blocked, including a crucial one that reinforces stability between the legs.
At this point, I had two bad options:
1. Align the tabletop with the existing holes but sacrifice some structural support, leading to reduced stability.
2. Use the correct 140cm setting for proper stability, but be forced to drill additional holes myself (takes much longer)
Regardless of the chosen scenario, once assembled, the table becomes a wobbly mess at standing height. Even the slightest wrist movement from using a mouse or operating a small cutting/engraving machine causes visible shaking, making precision work impossible.
Final Verdict
FlexiSpot provides German design, made in China. This experience displays a rising trend of deception: low quality, terrible service and high prices.
If you're considering this desk for IT or precision work, anything requiring stability, there are better options out there.
Please don't expect too much...
Please don't expect too much...
I ordered a Flexispot E7 Pro a while ago. I first had a corner desk (non-standing) and I expected wayy to much from this desk. It was quite wobbly, it is definitely coming from the legs itself (the place where the columns hook into each other). Contacted support and they where not very helpful in the beginning. Later I finally got a good response, and they send a new leg. It is a little bit better. But still not stable.
I would suggest a normal standing desk, or just a 4 legged desk. I had 2 legged desks that are a lot more stable, but this is not one of those...
They advertise themself as the most stable standing desk, or their quality control is so bad and I have really bad luck, or the products are simply not that good, or people just really don't mind having a wobbly desk at sitting position.. I don't know at this point.
I should have trusted the negative reviews
I should have trusted the negative reviews here. Ordered a desk and received the frame but not the table top. It is not stated on the website that this particular product will take longer than their claimed delivery time. Now I'm still waiting for any update at all about the delivery date. All customer service can say is to keep checking through Track & Trace. Just glad I did not buy the more expensive products!
Great desk at a good quality/price rate
Great quality desk for the price rate. Customer service is good as well. Very pleased so far!
Small feedback:
- cable tray is being asked for as optional but already included.
- the desk is sturdy enough.
- assembly manual okay but not 100% detailed so spend some time figuring out right parts as per sequence
I dont trust the Black Friday marketing tactics
My first purchase with Flexispot for a standing desk. Then i saw the black friday deal, where the first 30! purchase on black friday 00.00 would get their purchase for free. It was defined by the exact moment of payment.
So here goes, i ordered the E7 desk, with a time of payment of 1 minute after 12 (00.01). I was very happy with my timing. But i did not win, meaning 30 others were before me in those 60 seconds.
I find that very hard to believe, and the winnings are published in a Insta story, so no way of asking the winners to let them selves be heard.
I don't trust it.
Perfect service
Perfect service, nice person in the chat. Very nice products i'm very happy with it. I bought a drawer, a chair and a charging brick.
Atrocious logistics and complete disrespect towards customers.
There was a chair I really liked ( C7 ) available on pre-sale somewhere around September. I ordered it late September, while it was on pre-sale with an estimated delivery date of 10th October.
10th October passed. Two extra weeks passed. No chair. I wrote an email to support to find out that, without ever informing me about it, the chair that I paid for on pre-sale ran out of stock and mine will be delivered late November AT BEST. Mind you, it was overdue by two weeks and I was told to wait over a month more.
But the fun doesn't end at that. Going to the website flexispot.nl, as of today ( 30th October ), you can still see the chair being sold with a promised delivery date of 10th November which clearly does not line up with what their support has told me, meaning either the website or the support are straight up lying.
When confronting the support regarding the unacceptable waiting times I was simply given two options. Either wait and receive a 20euro discount or refund. Which, reading other reviews seems to be a common thing they do. I refunded.
I consider that letting people order when a product is out of stock is just ridiculous. Needless to say, I will not be buying anything from flexispot ever again.
Recommendation: Stay away, flexispot does not care about you or your order, their shipping is essentially a scam, and either the support or the website lies to your face.
They made me pay for their own mistake (Updated)
I ordered the standing desk. Company shipped the tabletop and then notified me the desk frame is not available for another month. They now refuse to issue full refund until the tabletop is returned to them.
Updating the review to 3 stars: Company issued the full refund after I opened a claim on Paypal. This could have been much simpler but still glad
Updating the review to 5 stars:
Instead of returning the table top, they told me to keep it for free. I did not expect that. I am more than happy
