Comfortable, Stylish, and Surprisingly Flexible – Love My E80 Muse!

I had a great experience ordering from Musso EU Shop. The ordering process was straightforward, shipping was smooth, and the chair arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

Assembly was easy, and the Musso E80 Muse itself is comfortable, sturdy, and looks exactly like the photos on the website. I’ve been using it daily and really appreciate the quality and ergonomic design — it’s made a noticeable difference for my work setup.

I also love the flexibility of the chair — as someone who likes to sit cross-legged or put one leg up while working, this chair accommodates that comfortably without feeling restrictive. That was a big plus for me and not something all office chairs allow.

Customer service was responsive and helpful, which I truly value when shopping online.

Poor quality and shady business

The quality was poor and the chair, though advertised as ergonomic, was everything but.

On the site, it said full refund within 30 days. When I contacted them (within a week of receiving the chair), they offered me a 30% refund (even though I was entitled a full refund according to EU consumer protection law). After pointing this out, they sent a guilt-trippy, unprofessional email (about their financial loss) and offered a 70% refund. After many back-and-forths and threatening to file a complaint with the ECC, they finally refunded me.

E80 overpriced and quality doesn’t match the price


I bought the E80 chair from Musso and spent over €350 on it. Unfortunately, the quality does not match the price at all.

The materials and overall build feel cheap, and the chair gives the impression of something that should cost around €100 at most, not what I paid. For a product positioned as premium, the finish and construction are very underwhelming.

Because of how overpriced this chair is compared to its actual quality, I would not recommend it to anyone else. There are much better options available for far less money.

Fantastic customer service & Solid and comfortable H80 Pro

I purchased the H80 Pro about a year ago and was refunded because I actually won it in their Black Friday giveaway, a real lucky dip that turned out to be amazing quality!
Delivery was quick, and assembly was straightforward. It took me about 45 minutes, and I managed it on my own. My first thought was that it’s a heavy but solid chair, and it still is. It also looks stunning (I went for the grey colour) and is super comfortable.
The 6D armrests took a little time to get used to since they aren’t fixed, so you can’t really lean on them at first. But now I love them, they’re so adjustable and versatile.
I even use this chair to watch movies sometimes, just leaning back and relaxing, it’s that comfortable.
Customer service has been fantastic too. Recently, through my own fault, I broke the footrest, I leaned forward with my feet on it, all the weight went on the footrest, and I fell. I emailed the company to ask if they sold replacement parts, and they replied straight away saying they don’t sell them, but they’d send me one free of charge. I was over the moon!
I received it yesterday and wanted to leave this review because that kind of service really deserves a 10-star rating. Huge thanks to Jeff for sorting it out so quickly!

Received an empty box

I bought an ergonomic chair (x700) paired with an extra PU wheels because I don’t want to damage my floor. The chair itself is ok, the problem is the wheels… they’re made of air apparently…
I received an empty box from the postman, unsealed (no tape whatsoever) and without any damages from ripping off any (eventual) tape. I promptly opened the box in front of the postman (DPD Portugal), because it was so light, and he said that he already received the box that way.
So I reached the support and other 2 emails from the company and didn’t receive any response
Thank you, but if I wanted to be ignored I would become a lonely mountain monk

Update: Only a few days after submitting a complaint in PayPal and several reviews I received contact from support. Fortunately they solved the issue and received the wheels in a proper sealed box (finally). I’m updating the review star to 3 only because the 48h promised period contact from support was ignored and they only replied after contacting PayPal and filled a complaint… And they removed my review from their product (bad reviews are removed apparently)

I love my E600 pink gaming chair

I love my E600 pink gaming chair - I got it in the Black Friday sale last year. It fits my set up perfectly, and the pull out leg rest is everything I needed. It was easy to put together. The communication from the musso team is also very good, they reply to emails very promptly and are more than happy to help with any queries or problems. I have recommended this chair to everyone - and my friend bought the same pink one very soon after me!

Really happy with my E80 chair. I was nervous spending this much with an online company but the chair is worth every cent. Refused to admit faulty item and would not give full refund/free return

My chair arrived with the headrest stuck in the highest position, it would not adjust down no matter how much pressure I applied. When I contacted the company, they sent me a video of an employee literally punching the headrest to force it down and then using a hammer to get it back up. I was stunned. I explained that I was not comfortable having to use a hammer on a chair I had paid £240 for (even at the sale price), and requested to return it.

Their response? They insisted this was not a fault. Completely baffling. They also informed me that if I returned the chair, I would be charged a 25% fee for their efforts. In the end, after much back and forth, they still refused to acknowledge it as a product fault and offered only a 50% refund, advising me to "resell the chair on a second-hand platform to offset my losses."

This is not only unacceptable but downright insulting. The chair does not function as advertised, and the customer service was abysmal. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Musso X700 for home office

I bought Musso X700 for my home office, its one of the best chairs I have owned. GlideTrack lumber support is standout feature for me. Adjustability is excellent, 6D armrests dial is perfect, appreciate the sliding seat depth adjustment, it is very comfortable even for long sessions. Build quality seems decent and materials feel premium.
Overall X700 a great balance between ergonomics, comfort and adjustability. given the features and the improvement to my posture and comfort, I'd say it's well worth the investment. Highly recommended.

Scammy company

I bought the Musso E600 SE ergonomic chair. The design doesn't let the back rest go completely straight, so I've found it very uncomfortable. My chair was defective as well and the head rest did not move as advertised. But I guess that's ok and I could just return it. Well, that's when the problem started. They basically have a fake returning address on Amazon, so the chair went around London travelling for a month. The problem as well is that they took so long to acknowledge my right to return it, that in the end they say I could keep it and sell it but I had returned it already. They are still to pay me for the return shipping. Asked for my details for this refund, yet they just decided to use my email to send spam. I would say, stay away. If you want the chair, check other retailers as multiple companies sell the same exact chair, a lot of them for cheaper!

Professional handling

It's super comfortable. It's significantly lower than conventional chairs. It's actually still a little too high for me (I'm 1.55m tall). But thanks to the footrest, this isn't a problem, and I finally sit at a 90-degree angle at my desk. It takes a while to adjust the chair perfectly and understand exactly how to adjust each function. But once you get used to it, it's a very comfortable and attractive chair. A significant improvement over my Ikea desk chair, and I've already experienced fewer tension issues after just one week of use.

The chair's quality is fine, but the workmanship could be a bit better here and there for this price.

It offers a lot of adjustment options.

Assembling the chair was relatively easy. Everything was assembled in about an hour, thanks to the excellent and extremely large (DIN A0?) instructions :)

Shipping was extremely fast, adding two days after ordering.

Overall, a convincing chair.
