I saw an advertisement on TikTok about a multifunctional device in your store at a very attractive price. I immediately clicked on the link to purchase it. When I opened the page, I saw the same device and the same price as shown in the advertisement. I proceeded to place the order and paid using my Visa credit card, only to later discover that it was not a purchase but a membership subscription to the store, with an amount being deducted from my Visa credit card every 3 or 4 days. I felt deceived and misled. What I want now is for the amounts that were deducted to be refunded back to the same Visa credit card.

I wanted to buy something and was unaware that I'm actually subscribing to something I don't want to subscribe to.

I was also debited with 3 amounts - R168-41 & R249-15 on 17/02/2026 & R156-33 on 30/01/2026.

This company are professional criminals. They have stolen money from my card. I have requested a refund but have only received a small amount of what they owe. They still have €57.32 which they stole from me and refuse to pay it back. Do not, under any circumstances, have anything to do with this bunch of thieves.

They didn't help this is a scam and are being investigated by usa and canada . They well not delate account and keep charging shit to my card stay far away . Using ad s on Facebook with monster ads
