I ordered a Bluegaz Z-1 grill and a…

I ordered a Bluegaz Z-1 grill and a delivery time of 4-6 days was stated.
In the end it took 3 reminders and 11 days until it finally arrived.
But that was not the problem: one of the control wheels for the burner was completely loose (definitely no transport damage). It was e.g. not possible to close the gas valve, making it an safety issue.
Overall poor quality of the Z-1, sharp edges and not the best system for cleaning.
I asked GardenStore to return it and first steps worked. But they stated to reimburse 10 % less !! Unbelievable. Then they stopped responding and after 3 reminders I received a return label.
Poor quality of products, poor service, will not buy there again.

1 Month before a simple ordene is…

1 Month before a simple ordene is shipped. Wrote Them 3 times without response or update on order. Wrote to cancel ordre. NOW they want deliver - when I have ordered elsewhere. Useless.

Dont order here! Very bad service

Very bad service, customers must just wait and write many mails to gen unhelpful answers. Now waiting since a month for my package and not even sent yet!

Terrible customer service

Really bad service and terrible communication. I have been waiting over a week for a product that should have been delivered within 1-2 days. I didnt not get any information and only after contacting the customer service I received the info that a supplier has some delays. I cancelled the order and will not order at this shop again.

Incompetent and flaky. Low quality items.

I don't think they are scam. They are just unfit to do business.

It has been a month since we ordered our table. They shipped through DHL who promptly lost one of the two packages. Now we have a half table.

I had to reach out to them at each step to sort things out (e.g. when the incomplete delivery got stuck at DHL) and still we don't have an ETA or a tracking number for the item we were supposed to receive now "with priority".

Don't buy from there. Safe yourself from trouble. They don't know what they are doing.

Edit: Alright the table arrived eventually and the quality was abysmal. The tabletop was warped, and glued-on parts were almost falling off on arrival.

This is just another shop that pretends to be a serious business while just selling low-quality, china crap through another retailer.

Of course, our written complaint and RMA request haven't been answered for 4 days now. Better have a lawyer ready when dealing with them.

The product was better than some of the other websites.
Mention of approximate arrival time of the goods like some other websites will add to the experience.

I’m trying since days to contact anyone…

I’m trying since days to contact anyone for send back the furniture because it’s not the right one for me! I’ve payed 89€ and sorry but there are not peanuts! No one answer me to my mails and it’s impossible to reach someone in the call centre!!! I don’t know what I have to try anymore!!! Absolutely not happy with that

customer service line not responsive

GardenStore.se does not respond to calls ("we are busy, please wait" until the line is dropped). So do not order anything that could require customer service.
