As usual - a "New improved design" means you get less for more. They are thinner and don't unfold when you pull them out of the packet which is exactly what you don't need when you have a child wriggl... See more

Used to be great but now absolute rubbish
I have previously used huggies wipes for years and loved them. Since their change in material and formula they are absolute rubbish. They cause soreness and burning and don't remove anything. Do not waste your money.
The worst.
The worst. I'm with all the other consumers. Been using Huggies pure for years they were the best now the worst. Smaller, drier, thinner and harder to get out of the pack. Bought my last pack.
Disastrous quality change
Very disappointed with the “upgraded” new product. What used to be the best baby nappies on the market now is the worst product: synthetic, thin, non-absorbent. If Huggies, after demonstrating such disrespect to their customers hopes that we will continue to buy such inferior product , they are wrong.
Absolutely devastated about Huggies…
Absolutely devastated about Huggies changing their baby wipes to a massively inferior product. Used their wipes for years and they now have changed them to extremely poor quality wipes that are flimsy and sting and hurt my child when used on skin. Not sure what they have done to change them but now they are the worst baby wipes on the market.
I think I’m basically same as everyone…
I think I’m basically same as everyone else. The biggest problem now is trying to get one out of the packet. At least 5 come out together. Meaning you use the pack 5 times quicker than you normally would. Is this your plan. Another costumer lost I’m afraid. Do better.
Rubbish
Too thin, too small, don't pick up any dust, bad for make up removal, just rubbish! Bring back the original ones.
Make Huggies great again !
I’ve been buying in bulk for years but now The recent change in the quality and texture is one of the biggest disappointments of my adult life. They went from 10 to minus 2 and awoken the Karen in me enough to leave my first ever Trustpilot review urging everyone not to buy. Make Huggies great again! 👎🏽
Rubbish since they changed them
Rubbish since they changed them. Try to get one out the pack and half the pack comes out. Then I have to stick them back in all squashed up.
Huggies Pure wipes - changed for the worse.
I've used Huggies Pure wipes for years as I found them to be the best baby wipes for removing makeup. I have just opened a packet of a new design, and was extremely disappointed by the quality of the wipes. Not only are they smaller, but there is now a rough texture and they are quite dry. I have trouble removing even the tiniest bit of makeup and they caused my skin to redden. There is now also an awful smell to them, whereas previously there was no scent. It's also now difficult to get just one wipe out of the packet at once. Time to look for another brand to make my regular.
Worst wipes
If you want easy to access wiped that are worth you money, these are not the one. If you have a situation in which you need wipes quickly then you are in for a frustrating time. Not only are the packets awkward to open but the wipes are practically glued together so they are difficult to grab but when you do finally grab something 10 wipes come out. There is no such thing as just grabbing one at a time and expect to be buying lots of packs due to the waste. And good luck if you only have one hand free, you know like most parents juggling kids. putting the wipes back in the pack doesn't make it any better either.
I'm sure it's done on purpose to maximise profit because each time the change them it gets worse.
Used Huggies for many years on my son…
Used Huggies for many years on my son no issues. I’ve used them for 6yrs to remove my make up with some water and now they are causing redness and soreness Like sun burn. I dread to think what they’re doing to babies bottoms. They’re not worth buying now. I have emailed to find out what chemical they added to cause this irritation on my face and I hope there is no lasting damage! Ruined a perfectly good wet wipe! Looking for an alternative asap!
I would like to score you 0 points
I would like to score you 0 points, no such options. What did you do with wipes???😡😡😡😡 It's fully synthetic now and my baby has problems with skin. Your management team should be fired after this decision and disaster 👎👎👎👎👎👎
Avoid Huggies Natural Care 0/100. Bad.
*Needs to be an option for 0 stars.*
Both the diapers And the wipes are not good at all.
The little movers gave my 20mnth olda rash on her back where the scrunched elastic is. Bad. And as for the natural care wipes... If they take the skin off my eyelids when I use them to remove my makeup and made my babys bottom bleed. Then NO they are awful! Painful. I do not know what they "claim" they are made from. But it feels not good AT ALL. I don't usually do this but I feel like other mothers should be aware. I'm currently in the process of just trying to keep my baby comfortable after using them. NEVER AGAIN.
Terrible product
New Huggies wipes are significantly poorer in quality and more expensive. Awful decision by the company and no regard for customer satisfaction. Won’t be buying anymore.
After using them for over 3 years now i…
After using them for over 3 years now i bought my last box this week. The new ‘updated’ version of the Huggies wipes are exactly as the recent reviews are saying. Thin, smelly and come out of the packet in clumps. It looks like another brand of wipes hiding behind the ‘Huggies’ brand. Whoever was at the top and made the decision to go with this change really made a big mistake for the company.
Massive decline in quality!
What on earth has happened to your product? I have been a loyal customer of Huggies Pure Baby Wipes for many years, consistently purchasing them from Costco. Each box I buy contains 12 individual packets, and I usually purchase multiple boxes at a time. However, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of the most recent two boxes I purchased.
Every packet in both boxes has been affected, the wipes have lost almost all of their moisture and feel drastically different in texture and effectiveness. They are extremely dry and of noticeably poor quality compared to the reliable product I’ve trusted for years.
I’ve also noticed that the number of wipes per pack has been reduced from 72 to just 60. This reduction, combined with the drop in quality, gives the impression that cost-cutting has been prioritised over maintaining the high standards your customers expect.
I will be returning both boxes to Costco as faulty items, but I wanted to raise this issue directly with you. Huggies wipes have always been my go-to choice, and it’s disappointing to see such a significant decline in quality. Please let me know if you plan to revert to the previous, higher-quality formula product.
Awful change in a product!
I've used Huggies wet wipes for years to remove make up. I don't know what you've done to them, but my guess it's to save yourselves money. There are less in the packet, they are very thin and the smell isn't right. I think it's time for me to try a different brand. I'm most disappointed.
New Huggies wipes are crap!!!
Why have they changed Huggies pure wipes!!! They were perfect, been using them for over 20 years. Loved how thick and useable they were, could pull just one wipe out at a time, especially useful mid nappy change and using one hand. Now these new wipes are awful, thin, clump together and can’t get them out the packet. And they stink!!!!
Will never be buying them again. So disappointed
Awful wipes now, will no longer use…
Presume it’s for cost cutting reasons but the new wipes are awful! I’ve used Huggies pure for years as they had no odour and were a robust wipe. Now they are flimsy like pampers, come out of the packet in clumps of 5 sheets, have less in the packet and smell awful. Really disappointed - as a mum of autistic children, changing the product so fundamentally really impacts us. Now I have to try and find a suitable alternative as I can’t use these anymore!
Huggies stop ripping off customers
Huggies stop ripping off customers, your pack size has shrunk again, not only that ypur wipes are now smaller drier and utterly useless, will be changing to a different wipe. Can't even get them out and they are tiny and shite. Let's hope you lose custom as your ripping us off. Shrinkflation and skimpflation at its finest.went from 84 wipes to 72 wipes to 64 wipes now 48wipes. Not only do you get less for more money, they have skimped on the product, its smaller, thinner and useless. Have used them for over 25yrs, you have lost a loyal customer! Always recommended them, not any more
