We have been ordering from JLCPCB for several years. Unfortunately, over the past year, I have noticed that the delivery times quoted in advance are not being met. This is particularly annoying when you pay extra fees for faster processing times.
Customer service constantly makes excuses and no one really cares. For B2C, it may not matter if circuit boards arrive late, but in the B2B sector, this is not a basis for a business relationship. We will no longer place orders there, as production times must be reliable for us.
Business customer since 2020, i mainly do 2-layers and 4-layers PCBA and order once a month. My experience so far has been great with just a few minor issues over the years for whom JLCPCB always offered a valid solution. Customer support is top notch, fast reply, knowledgeable and kind. Ordering complex designs is fast and the website is well done and keeps improving by adding new features. One of the most reliable PCB suppliers around, really never let you down.
I sen't a file in that had an a blatent and obviouse error in the file, when I got them back the Solder Mask and Silkscreen were blank. It way my error, but it is obvious that no one ever looked at the files before sending them to production.
Their answer was I should have my boards done by a professional.
I have been doing PCB design for 40+ years, back to the age of light tables, etc.
My other vendors would have caught this before it ever made it to the production floor.
The only reason I used them, was due to new billing issues with PCB Way which was delaying the project. Turned out the boads were not needed afterall so it was just hassle.

I have placed over 20 orders now from the US with this company, and each order has been as promised -economical, shipped promptly, arrived well packaged, and functionally perfect. For the price, it can't be beat!
I order and wait, then the company asks me to fill out some documents, sign something, scan something. They ask me to sign an agreement that I won't use the boards in the war, and then they drag out the shipping. Are you crazy, JLCPCB? I order 5-10 boards, how can I use them in a war? There's no war in my country, and in countries where there is, I don't think they order them from you.

Over the last year (2025), JLC experienced increasing delays. Almost every order left the factory a few days after the expected processing time had passed. This is a very bad situation for everyone professional (business) customer - especially since the delays are consistent.
Currently we have 2 orders stuck in their system. Last status update was "SMD paste printing", already 7 days ago. No fab in the world needs 7+ days for that job.
Another problem is their dynamic pricing. We had situations when the quoted price increased by 20% after we corrected a spelling mistake on the silkscreen. We had 20% price increase after we increased the quantity and then decreased it to the old number. Whenever this happens, it is good advice to delete your project and to start over. To our surprise, the new price is sometimes better than the old one.
I understand that they have volume constraints like every manufacturer. But I am expecting to see true processing times. When it shows "5-6 days" then it can't be 9 at the end. And since this problem exist for a long time, I can clearly say their management is negligent. Not caring about those problems.

Absolutely terrible bait and switch company. The prices are a complete lie. Even if you use the bom tool and order all parts, they can claim you have them only to later say, sorry there is a 40 day delay and additional tarrifs you have to pay on you order despite having confirmed the pcb / pcba service earlier.
Project took over 76 days to complete, cost 2.5 the original price and was higher than pcbway.

System is not updated with history, pending work orders or reference numbers. Just emails and part related emails, but unable to find anything on the website, as looks like I have never done anything at all, and have to wait weeks for parts to arrive there, in order to keep moving the process, but no information at all on the account. Not even a reference for that the parts are for.

JLC delivered parfait PCBs for my rocketry project, cheap but good quality and excellent service.
Even after a month, they continue to make false commitments about order delivery. They are cheap but not reliable. Their excuse is that the delay is because of the year-end order pile-up. For the last two weeks, I have had to follow up twice a day and am still waiting.....
Terrible experience

This order was a bit different from my usual ones - I had to separate analog grounds, control noise, and deal with several other challenges. I tried making a few boards myself, but they didn’t work properly. So I decided to give JLCPCB a try, hoping their PCB quality would make a difference. And it did. Everything worked exactly as expected, allowing me to complete my project on time and with even better quality.
I ordered my first PCBs using EasyEDA PCB designer software and they came out perfectly. If there are any issues they will be due to my design rather than manufacture and in my view they were cheaper than using Vero boards which of course are a mess to use and a time waster. Delivery was about two weeks for the cheapest option which is as advertised. In summary, low cost and very good quality at least for a simple board. Will use them again.
I bought some ICs for assembly. But they said they want to close my account and I wouldn't able to use these ICs, they don't provide refund. No any explanations from their side. I'm from Kazakhstan, so it cannot be because of sanctions, I buy couple of PCBs a year only. Have no idea, why they did it.
So be careful, they can just take your money and own it.
Update: my account number is 3557947A
And which is even more frustrating, I had a talk with rachel(at jlcpcb (cannot put email here)) like a year before the incident. I describe her my experience, I showed photos of my side project and she answered that I'm good to work with JLCPCB because I'm just PCB enthusiast. I don't order hundreds, even dozens of PCBs, just couple a year, and I haven't violated any regulations and agreements with JLCPCB. I have all of that mail chain in my mailbox if you want.
Update #2:
So they said they stopped working with Kakzakhstan for some reason, and so far they provide only to collect parts I have in their account, not refund it. But I cannot solder them myself.
Update #3:
Finally I've got a refund. Thanks for assistance

Account was blocked without proper explanation, just stated vague "compliance reasons". There was no recent activity on account (maybe 6 month or more), no dialogue. Additionally service recently suffering from reliability issues, some parts are not soldered properly, and with QFN it means very bad lottery, especially when soldering joint flaky and fail at customer, after some operation. Small money you will save there - not worth it.
What did not go right? Everything! i used the service 5 times. They will charge you 50% extra when you finished your order. So you payed, and they will come back over the next 10 days (YES, 10 days!) with questions and extra charges. PCBWAY is better i found out. P.S. of my 80 PCB's eventually 10 worked with JLCPCB. This is pathetic

Very good experience with this services, there where some error in the way i've put the PCB in panel but they've contacted me and helped a lot to get the final assembly with a 100% working assemby. Thank you.
JLCPCB start disabling account for no reason. My account has more than 26k component and disabled for no reason.
Ordered 5pcs boards. Arrived within 2 weeks to UK. All as should be. Circuit was done in easyeda so it's been done properly.
One thing is, when you tried to upload Gerber files from different software it's shows all wrong. But for my small projects EasyEDA is enough.
I can recommend for small DIY projects. Ordered just pcb without assembly.
Thanks
Like many others, my account was unfairly and unjustifiably suspended — there were absolutely no valid reasons for it. Components worth several thousand dollars were frozen in their warehouse with no access or explanation.
The only response I received from support was that “my region is restricted,” which is a blatant lie.
To make things worse, in my most recent order of 20 boards, two microcontrollers arrived defective — both had internal power short circuits. Either they are using counterfeit components, or it was an unbelievable coincidence. And now, on top of that, comes an account suspension for no reason at all.
This kind of treatment toward customers is completely unacceptable and destroys trust in the company.
I, like many other users, received a notice that my long-standing account with many thousands of dollars in orders will be permanently banned on December 13th.
Support provides zero explanation, copying the exact same response over and over again.
They're also refusing to ship any parts stocked with them outside China, and are refusing to refund their value.
Don't buy from them ever again.
