The product was listed as immediately deliverable, but I received an email later that it was not in stock and had to be procured.
I ordered online a table and 6 chairs on March 20th. Table and chairs both came damaged by an evident lack of care in storing and transportation. I had to call 3 times and write 3 email to get my table finally replaced three weeks later. Now it is June 16th and I'm still waiting for the chairs to get replaced, despite many calls and e-mails. This is outrageous!

Probably worst customer service in Switzerland. What I don’t understand is how they hire so rude people at every Filiale I have been in.
Maybe is in the job description, ''are you rude and arrogant and talk to the customer at arrogant and aggressive way? - than come work with us at Jumbo“ 😂
After I needed service to my bike 5 days after i bought it from Jumbo, I was transfer from Filiale to Filiale because they didn’t want to take any responsibilities and help me with the problem that they created Assembling the bike, and at every Filiale i went ( Aarberg, 2x Biel )the customer service was rude and talked in aggressive tone. In the end they try to send me again to other Filiale but I refuse to go and leave my bike. Now we will see what will come with all this, but I am scare it not gonna be good.
