An item purchased was not fit for purpose, it was returned within two days of receipt for a full refund
under the sale of goods ACT 2015 also under distance selling GOV.UK A buyer is allowed to open a box to examine an item purchased online and change there mind for what ever reason and return the item for a full refund
The item was returned at a cost of £149 and LANVEZA LTD have refused to refund, the instruction are minute and require enlarging to read, they were enlarged and the item was also Not fit for purpose for people to use with blonde or grey hair

This company is not based in the U.K. and have over 57% bad reviews. I wish l had looked at reviews before making purchase which is a lesson learned.

Ordered and received the LED face mask about 3 weeks ago. I was panicking as the trustpilot page has lots of negative reviews about it.
However when the mask arrived it appears good quality and the packaging is attractive. I’ve used it for 3 weeks now (almost every night) and i’ve notice a positive difference in my skin texture and complex. The only thing about the mask that isn’t as good compared to others on the market is the remote to control the settings, it just doesn’t appear as modern.Apart from that so far i’m happy with my order.

Received led mask yesterday, opened today and didn’t like the quality . Emailed to ask for return process to be told as I’d opened the box it couldn’t be returned! In the process of now talking to the consumer ombudsman
This is an absolute dreadful and untrustworthy Company I ordered my wife a LED neck and face mask then was completely lied to about postage kept saying it's been dispatched be with me in 2 to 3 days ended up being weeks complete lies the when it did arrive face mask was missing I believe they never had that in stock to start with didn't want to give me a refund had to go through PayPal still fighting the case now I wish I would have seen the reviews from this company before I ordered (AVOID)
I ordered a face mask for my Wife’s Christmas.Unfortunately the PO didn’t deliver on time and when they did they left it somewhere other than our address.I contacted Lanveza and the fantastic Anastasia sorted the issue out immediately.The face mask has just been delivered less than a week after contacting Anastasia.Brilliant service considering the time of year.I’ll let my Wife review the product once She’s had a chance to use it.

Products is useless on 50 per cent of the population DO NOT BUY until you read their frequently asked questions. Useless on blonde or grey hair, can burn if used on dark skin. Can't be used if taking aspirin, steroids or any photo sensitive conditions. The list goes on. Beware no refund given if package is opened in spite of 90 day guarantee.
Lanveza offer a full refund if you're not happy on their website. This is not true. They say they will offer a refund if the product doesn't work. If you're unhappy in any other way after opening the item, they decline to accept a return or give you any refund. They have an internal policy about this. I'm trying to address the false advertising currently
While researching this company, I noticed that some before-and-after images appear identical to photos used by CurrentBody, an unrelated beauty technology brand, without clear attribution or explanation. They have changed the names of “users” - otherwise photos are identical.
I also found that the registered UK address (71–75 Shelton Street, London) appears to be a virtual office, and public Companies House records list the person with significant control as being based in Russia. This may be relevant information for UK customers when deciding where to purchase from.
Based on this, I chose not to proceed and would recommend others research carefully before buying.
I ordered an IPL machine in Aug 2025. Unfortunately it stopped working early December. When I reported this to Lanveza they were very helpful and responded almost immediately. A replacement was sent a week later. I am very impressed with the customer service response and outcome. Thank you.

Anastasia was extremely helpful and professional with all the emails we exchanged. I needed a refund for a product I'd purchased for myself but my partner also had! She was supportive and polite making the whole process pain free and simple.

I ordered a facemask in early December. I paid for it. I returned it as the review on the internet purported to be from trustpilot and was not. This was very misleading and further reviews i saw after placing the order were poor. This is a sharp practice. I have proof of postage that the item was returned and I am being refused a full refund. This is illegal. A photo of the delivered item is not required for a refund. I reccomend that you avoid this company and shall be reporting them to trading standards in addition to having to take them to the small claims court for my refund.
Ordering was simple with a good price. There was a problem with delivery, Post man left the parcel at the wrong house. Customer service were very helpful.
Finally got parcel 4 days late, Pesky post man.
