Move itself good, but quotation too optimistic and invoicing intransparent
Positive points:
+Easy scheduling of my international move even on quite short notice.
+Friendly and extremely fast-working moving team, speaking English well.
+Still reasonable final price compared to one other offer I got for the same move.
Negative points:
- Back office team told me I should get permit for 2 parking spaces, whereas the truck they sent needed 3.
- Note that the eventual price can be higher than the quote. In my case, they did not include some costs they could have anticipated (e.g. road tolls), resulting in an about 25% higher final price.
- Invoice is not very transparent and does not fully reflect the actual move (e.g. charging travel costs for more people than actually came to the destination). When asking about this, their answer was basically "well we incurred these costs somewhere else and even if we corrected this mistake in the invoice, under no circumstance the total invoice amount would be lower".
I think they should make some effort to make their invoicing more transparent, and reflective of the actual move as it took place.
P.S. In reply to the company reaction: Their original quote was lower, and a "safety buffer" of about 25% was added upon my initiative since I needed something closer to a maximum price. This safety buffer was then fully invoiced (even though fewer things had to be done, as some items stayed behind unexpectedly, the lights could not be installed in the new apartment etc.). Hence my conclusion that their original quote must have been too optimistic (only alternative -and less favorable- interpretation: they invoiced their quote, not the costs they actually incurred).

Smooth but could be better
Positive points:
- The staff were polite, friendly, strong and fast. Their English speaking were fluent.
- They moved everything with perfect care and in well sealing.
Negaive points:
- The appointment was at 9:00 AM but a few minutes before thay called and postponed it for more than two hours.
- They left a few parts of the bed in the loading place, so it took half an hour for me to cycle and bring them. (They offered to go by truck but I thought cycling is fatster)

Very great service! I cannot express enough how good of a company this is. Communication was great, the guys were on time on the day of the move. They were fast and efficient with nothing being damaged.
Unfortunately we had some unexpected issues with the new house and need longer to unpack our boxes. Also here nothing but understanding and flexibility from Let's Move which is so appreciated from our side.
