Terrible customer service. I placed an order 08/12/25
( order no. #2489362) for my sisters birthday and it has never arrived. I have had NO updates and no replies to my two emails i have sent to their customer service. I am concerned i will not get a replacement or a refund.

I emailed you a dozen times about how my package never even left your factory and somehow you still manage to not reply and not even care that i am without a resendt package or a refund. Ordered a dress which did not fit so we returned it, jusing the return label we got from meet-me-there, we also payed return cost and duties. Never heared anything from them. Suddenly the parcel was returned to us again, despite the fact we returned it within the limit. Upon contact with them again we hear nothing. Until we left a bad review on trustpilot. Then they asked us to mail them again. So we did - and still no word or solution from them. Never again anything from this place.
Absolutely appalling service.
My daughter ordered a ski set at the beginning of January. After weeks of no communication, I chased the order at the beginning of February and was then told that one of the items was out of stock, but that the other item could be sent. I replied immediately asking for this to be done urgently as she was due to go skiing.
Since then, there has been no response at all. Emails and social media messages have been read but ignored. No items were sent and no refund has been issued, meaning my daughter is now £142.66 out of pocket.
The complete lack of communication and failure to refund is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, as customer service is non-existent once they have your money.

I brought a ski jacket that was too small so I returned it at my expense on Xmas Eve. I then kept chasing the return only to have it returned back to me on Feb 2 nd . I have contacted customer service by email and by instagram and no reply. At one point they even said it was back in the warehouse for processing but then returned it . Do not buy from this company. I am getting int ouch with my credit card to cause a dispute as this company does

I understood at the time if purchase that return would be at my cost but decided to take the risk anyway. Goods arrived - poor quality ski jacket and ski trousers that were a dreadful fit….way too tight and long.
I contacted meet meet me there to ensure I had all the correct details in order to send the package back. And paid for the return.
The package for stuck in customs for a while - I advised meet me there that it was stuck. I’m sure that customs would have also contacted them, however I just found out the parcel is being returned due to “fees not being paid my the recipient”.
I followed the instructions for the return to the letter and yet they did not do their part to get the parcel released.
It is terrible that they will happily take your money and deliver to the U.K. but make it impossible to return. As I said, I knew the return costs were my responsibility but one expects that they will do their part by communicating
with to customs notifying them of the parcel to ensure it gets through.
I have sent so many e-mails but rarely get a reply, they do not want to help.

I bought the "Snowfall" ski pants light blue tall. I LOVE THE LENGHT!! Finally ski pants for tall girls / women!! 🤩
The only downside is that they are a bit tight around the hips and could have a longer length from the waistband to the crutch point. I’ll still keep them because of the length!!

I bought the Ellie dress in black. The delivery was fast and the dress I boyght fits fine but the quality is propably the worst I have ever seen. Extremely cheap. When trying it on my floor was covered in black particles and residue from the dress. It was full of loose threads and they constantly kept getting stuck on the glitter on the dress wich was very impractical. My hands also got stained black from trying the dress on. Will never buy from Meet me there again, and neither should anyone else. For 64€ plus delivery I would expect something much better quality

Extremely disappointed with the company’s operations. I ordered a dress for my daughter’s party at the end of December. When nothing had happened after a couple of weeks and the tracking number still hadn’t updated, I contacted customer service. They only said they would open an investigation and get back to me within two weeks at the latest. I asked them to resend the product, since it needs to arrive in time for a specific event. After that, I received the same automated response that they are looking into where the product is. And still, the item hasn’t been shipped anywhere. I absolutely do not recommend ordering anything from here. This was my first time trying, and definitely my last.

I absolutely regret buying from Meet Me There. My order took far too long to arrive. The skiing jacket was just ok, but the skiing trousers were too small for a grown woman. I tried to return the skiing trousers but they were returned to me for unpaid postage. This was despite paying £13.45. They wanted more money! I also wanted to return the ski boots due to their poor quality, but I did not want to go through the same hassle. I wasted my money!
The company must warn their international customers that returning items is near impossible. Don't buy from Meet Me-there especially from the UK- it's not worth it.

The goods took longer than stated and unfortunately didn't fit. I did like the product but the trousers of the ski suit were too small. I hadn't realised i had to pay for returns which cost me £48 to return goods via Parcel Force. This is outrageous and should be made a ware to purchaser prior to buying. If i had known this i would not of purchased in the first place which i suppose is why they don't let you know up front. I would of given a 1 star but as i liked the product gave it two.

If I could give zero review I would. My daughter bought a coat, it was £160. Didn’t fit and we sent it back. Had to pay nearly £60 in customs and postage to send it back. Utterly devastating cost. Avoid avoid avoid

I ordered two dresses 2 months ago. I understand there might be some late shipping issues due to holidays, but when I tried contacting them, I think the costumer services was really poor. To this day I still haven’t received my order so i asked them one more time. They blocked my availability to send them further messages and that makes contacting them way harder. Neither can i cancel the order or get a refund.

I am shocked at the incompetence, lack of transparency and even purposeful, misleading nature of this company. Terrible. Now, looking at lots of reviews, I can see that many others in the UK have had a similar experience, so it’s clearly YOU not being transparent with your website and communication - not everyone else. Maybe you should have a rethink about how you can service your customers more fairly without wasting their time? To improve, you could fix your returns portal so it functions properly for the timescales quoted. Very clearly state your returns polices and potential pitfalls for overseas customers so that packages aren’t returned - this is your duty as a retailer.

10 days later tried to return but the return portal didn’t work and said no return (even though within the time).
Emailed to sort and they gave an address to post and only said ‘ensure you have the order details marked within the package’
Great! …Or so I thought..
I sent the parcel (£13 via Evri international).
A few days later, Evri said that unless receiver pays the taxes they will return package to me (MMT could have communicated with Evri that it’s a return and no taxes needed but didn’t).
Emailed MMT and they then suddenly decided to mention (why not say this before?):
We don’t accept returns outside of EU.
We don’t pay any return taxes.
The package will just get returned to you by the courier (leaving you with an order that you don’t want and the extra wasted time and money of trying to send it back).
WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
After all that messing about, I am back where I started. Infuriating.
And MMT, before you think of replying to this saying that your website clearly states about ‘return taxes not being paid’ and ‘we don’t accept returns from outside of EU’. IT DOESN’T!!!! I have sent you the screen shots of your returns portal to demonstrate this and you have been no help and are now not even replying to any emails.
The only way you could put this right would be to refund the money I have spent, but let’s face it, reading other experiences, there’s no way that will ever happen!! I’m not attempting to send anything back again as I’ve wasted so much time and money already.

i placed an order for over £300 of ski clothes over 2w ago, am yet to receive any confirmation of the order or it having been shipped. We are still waiting for it.They dont reply to emails i have sent and there is no tel no to contact.Their customer service is appalling for a company that is shipping internationally to have to way of contacting them other than email is poor. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone purchasing from Meet Me There. I will now have to escalate this to my credit card company as fraud as they have taken my money, not delivered my good and are now uncontactable to rectify or even explain the problem. Disgusting.

I placed an order prior Christmas and filed for return due to poor quality, using the company’s official return portal. The return was shipped on 22 December.
I have now been told that I owe customs clearance charges. This is incorrect. The goods were sold outside the EU, so VAT was not applicable, and returned items should not be subject to customs taxes.unless goods originated from outside EU
There is no mention of such charges on the website, and customer service is not responding. I consider this an unjustified and misleading charge.
If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will have to seek protection under consumer law and escalate this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Unfortunatelly can't recommend this company. If you need to return it will be 3-4 times more expensive what they tell you in the return portal and they don't provide any telephone number so at least from Finland you can't ship anything out without a telephone number. The label I received from them was not accurate and couldn't be used. Very poor customer service.
