Ordered some No7 face cream made by UK chemist Boots. I have used this for some time so know the cream and its packaging. It was slightly cheaper on the Joom website. When it arrived it was completely fake both the packaging and the cream! Unbelievable and dangerous the cream could have been anything. I went through a lengthy process of complaint and requesting a refund. This seems to have worked as I have heard from PayPal that it should arrive in 3-4 days…fingers crossed. I will not use this site again as it seems to sell anything without checking authenticity of products and some that I can see look positively dangerous.

Ordered gold curtains for an event and they arrived in pink.
Customer service replies are delayed so that you miss the returns deadline (one message every few days asking for yet another photo in different lighting). Then they want me to send my one order in multiple parcels using a tracked service to be out of pocket £50 for postage. Please avoid!!!

The product was in XXL but in Asian size and if far too small. Nowhere it was stated it was Asian size.

So i purchased a hoodie for my Fiance for a planned concert that we would attend amd when it arrived they had the wrong name on the hoodie that goes with the logo of the band member. When I contacted them they told me I would only receive 50% discount why do I lose the other 50% its not what I ordered. I have no use for the hoodie.

I am writing this to warn others about Joom's highly misleading refund process. After canceling my order (WDVMEDX8) of €110, I was presented with two options: a "direct" refund or a refund within 14 days.
Naturally, I chose the "direct" option, assuming it meant a fast transaction to my bank. However, Joom uses this as a trap to convert your actual money into "Joom Points" (coins) that can only be spent on their site. This was absolutely NOT made clear during the process. It is a deceptive tactic to keep your money trapped in their ecosystem.
I do not want store credit; I want my €110 back on my bank account. According to EU consumer law, I have the right to a refund via the original payment method. Forcing customers into a "points" system through misleading UI choices is unacceptable.
Joom, I demand that you reverse this "coin" conversion immediately and refund the €110 to my original payment method.

If I could write this review without giving any stars I would. I ordered a watch, but after reading other reviews of this company, I cancelled the order within the hour. I choose for the refund to be sent back to my PayPal account, but they refunded in points, meaning I had to spend my hard earned money with them. There is no phone number to call them on. The email address gets declined. The only way you can speak to them is via chat, and this is automated. They are fraudulent and thieves. I have had to raise a dispute with PayPal to see if they can help. At the moment, I am out of pocket for £235. Stay away....

Have sent a number emails to request a refund as the item purchased did not fit and didn’t represent the size on the garment. They have replied asking for me to take measurements but won’t accept my photos saying they can zoom in to read the numbers! I should be able to return the item, no questions asked but they keep replying asking for more information on the product! Still not able get a refund
I ordered some medicinal tablets on 21st Jan 2025. When ordering it was stated that delivery will arrive by 5th Feb. However my email confirmation said otherwise. It is now anywhere from 5th Feb to 3rd March. For 5 blisters of tablets.

I had a major headache with returning an item. I got the size wrong, as sometimes happens. Staff put various obstacles in the way of getting a returns address. When I finally did, it was in Hong Kong. Therefore unaffordable. I will never use Joom again for shoes or clothing.
Ordered shampoo and conditioner , was supposed to be Fohow product, it wasn’t, it was a Chinese version and nothing like Fohow. Only received the shampoo still waiting on the conditioner, not that I expect that to be genuine either.. I had been contacting them for weeks looking to find out where my order was, but nothing, not one reply that wasn’t automated , my order wasn’t even showing up in the app, it just kept saying, No orders yet! When I’d send a message about this I’d get an automated reply with a link, that brought me to the app with a link, that brought me back to my e mail, nothing about my order, customer service is non existent… there’s isn’t one. No matter what way you contact them, e mail chat the app ,it’s automated, I highly recommend you DONT order from them.. and they have a refund policy but guess what,??? Ya you can’t get a hold of them to return the items , and a late delivery policy , but u guessed right u can’t get a hold of them!!!! luckily I paid with Klarna they’re looking into it for me . I definitely 💯 will NOT be ordering from them ever again!!
