Delivery time like 50 years ago

Delivery time 9 (nine) days ! You should not be surprised, when Amazon is killing his competitors. Never again Movil Planet

Dear Client,

Many thanks for your review but that's not correct.

Please note that you placed your order on December 2nd and you will receive it next Wednesday, December 11th, in 5 business days (6th and 9th being holidays) within our normal estimated delivery time, also during Black Friday / Cyber Monday.

It could have been 4 business days, but we prefer not to ship last Thursday to avoid incidents with transport or those 3-4 days with the goods parked (we prefer that you receive your order correctly).

Don't worry if you don't buy from us again, you can buy on Amazon next time and pay 161 Euros more for this product, for example.

Tenga en cuenta que realizó su pedido el pasado 2-dic. y lo va a recibir el próximo miércoles 11-dic. en 5 días hábiles (días 6 y 9 festivos) dentro de nuestro plazo normal de entrega estimado, incluso en época de Black Friday/Cyber ​​Monday.

Podrían haber sido 4 días hábiles, pero preferimos no enviar el pasado jueves para evitar incidencias con el transporte y esos 3-4 días con la mercancía estacionada (preferimos que reciba su pedido correctamente).

No se preocupe si no vuelve a comprar con nosotros, la próxima vez puede comprar en Amazon y pagar, por ejemplo, 161 Euros más por este producto.

About delivery company, We work with NACEX as you know, this is one of the best valued by users according to OCU (Consumers & Users Organization) in 2019 (only behind FEDEX and UPS used for international shipping). Although we always depend on each agency and the delivery, more than 99% our shipments are correctly delivered in time with no incident.

Excelente experiencia/Excellent experience

Gran servicio. Para ser honesto, estaba un poco escéptico ya que anteriormente tuve una mala experiencia con Costomovil; sin embargo, leí las reseñas de Movil Planet y también miré sus respuestas a los clientes y decidí darles una oportunidad. Pedí un iPhone 13 el martes por la noche, el miércoles por la mañana me dijeron que estaba en camino junto con un número de seguimiento de Nacex para que pudiera verificar el estado de la entrega y el jueves por la mañana llegó el teléfono; era tal y como se describe, nuevo y precintado en su embalaje original y 130€ más barato que en la tienda de Apple - Perfecto y gracias.
Great service. To be honest, I was a bit sceptical as I had a bad experience previously with Costomovil; however, I read the reviews for Movil Planet and also looked at their responses to customers and decided to give them a go. I ordered an iPhone 13 on Tuesday night, on Wednesday morning they told me it was on its way along with a Nacex tracking number so I could check the delivery status and on Thursday morning the phone arrived; it was as described, new and sealed in original packaging and €130 cheaper than the Apple store - Perfect and thank you.
