Not surprised it has such a poor rating. My PayPal was hacked and used to buy a subscription with Pixmania. Pay Pal have been useless and Pixmania refuse to cancel the fraudulent order and refund me saying ‘there is nothing we can do’ what utter rubbish. Avoid them they obviously have no morals.

However, in this type of case, when the order has been placed via a compromised PayPal account, we recommend that you first open a dispute directly with PayPal, which will allow us to block or cancel the payment and initiate an investigation on their platform. As a marketplace, we cannot unilaterally cancel an order finalized and paid for via a third-party service without initiating a refund procedure on the side of this payment provider.
We do not in any way question your situation, and we are sorry if our teams were unable to provide you with clearer or more empathetic explanations. We undertake to review your case internally and to work with PayPal to the best of our ability to help you obtain a refund, if this has not yet been done.
