I will file a police report ! Illegal phone call

I wish I could give below one star - Instead I will settle for a police report filed against Norstat. They have called me even though I have an unlisted number AND are on the Danish Robinson list. They claim that they have my number from a public available domain - which is impossible since it has been unlisted for 20+ years.

A complete rip-off

A complete rip-off. Do not deserve 1 star, but I don't have that option.
I have been totally ripped off by this company several times, each time concerning banking and financial institutions.
You fully complete their surveys accurately, fully and honestly.
You are then told the surveys are full, at the very end after submitting it.
Thankfully, I take these surveys through other sites, not directly and I have learnt to take screenshot of every completed final page, reported and complained about them to the provider . I always get my payout but why should I have to be the one chasing them for it.

Boring, uninteresting surveys, and Norstat seem to think it's OK to waste my time before announcing that the upgrade survey is actually full!

Since Norstat took over, the surveys I'm sent are less and less interesting and no fun at all.

Today, I answered questions for 15 mins, only to be told that both of the surveys I'd participated in were full.
This is exploitation and disrespectful of me and my time.

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time. Company claims you answer surveys faster than the ‘usual rate’ which assumes everyone is either slower or the same as the ‘normal rate’ their process is therefore entirely flawed, as I am a very fast responder and can process information very fast . They cancel surveys coming through to you with no notice and say this is in terms of service. Their terms of service states it’s only for misleading answers, there is nothing that states the time taken to respond is a factor. They are robbing thieves. These lot should be closed down by regulators. Massive shoutout to Sandra who is a disgrace in how she treats customers, given the fact all of her contact with users is anonymous

Not communicating

They transfered all my data to Norstat Panel. When I want to delete my account with Norstat Panel I am getting message that there is no account with my email address, even though I am getting emails from them. I wrote to Panelabase to ask help with deleting my account but have not heard back for 2 weeks. How do you dare to share all my data with another platform and not give me even the chance to delete my account?

Useless company

My Panelbase account was transferred to Norstat. I never had any problems receiving cash transfers until Norstat took over. Still waiting for a payment nearly 5 weeks after submitting it.

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Regrettably, we have been advised all Norstat BACS payments due to be processed since the 29th January have encountered a processing issue.

Norstat were using Panelbase's BACS system but now that Panelbase has been officially rebranded as Norstat that system has had to be transferred over to Norstat instead.

The bank is currently in the process of carrying out its due diligence and setting up new authorisations to allow payments to be processed.

This is not happening as quickly as we anticipated, unfortunately, which means that payments are on hold for the moment until the bank goes through all the necessary checks at their end.

You should have received an email regarding the delays and we apologise if you have not received it.

We are hoping to have something in place by the end of the week to be able to make these payments and reinstate the option in the Norstatpanel shop.

Everytime I claim my rewards it's processed very quickly, and I'm kept informed of the process. Even getting an email after the fact to ensure that I have received my rewards. Great service and a great company that I've been a member of for many years now, this is one reason I have stayed around for so long.

I have been doing surveys for this panel for many years. I have had numerous bank deposits for my work. They are always done within the time stated and without any problems whatsoever. I would say this is one of the best survey platforms I have worked for. Thank you for your attention to detail.
