Disgusting Quality & Not as Advertised a Chinese scam!

After 3 weeks I received my order of a faux leopard print coat advertised by NovraSoho who claim to have a U.K. based store. The item came from China & despite the ad on Facebook confirming it was good quality & fully lined sadly it was neither! Extremely poor quality not lined poor stitching & is more like a dressing gown than a coat at a cost of £40 certainly not value for money. To obtain a refund the item has to be returned to China at a cost of £35 This is an absolute disgrace!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that we are NovaSolo, a Norwegian furniture retailer, and we do not sell clothing. We only operate in Norway and do not have any stores or warehouses in the UK. It looks like this review may have been intended for a different company.
