Possibly the worst customer service…
Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
They sent me the complete wrong item, then was told I’d have to pay £25 shipping to return, when communicating that I didn’t think this was fair, I either didn’t get a reply (having sent a number of polite emails) or when I received a reply from someone called Abril that was passive aggressive, implying it was my fault. The reply didn’t make sense to the question that I was asking so it felt like he hadn’t even read it properly.
So the item I actually wanted didn’t sell out whilst I was disputing this, and as the item had then gone into the sale. I re-ordered separately instead of returning along with one other item, together they were sufficiently under the £135 amount to be charged import duties, so ticked that I didn’t want to be charged to cover. The package arrived and I was hit with a bill for duties, having investigated nude project had shipped the order in a way that caused incorrect import charges, despite my order being below the UK threshold. I’ve tried to resolve this directly, but they are refusing responsibility.
Where is my order
I am in Portugal and placed an order last month on January 12th for 3 products. I paid for them, and to my surprise, I later received an email saying that 2 products were out of stock, and shortly after, I received them at home. However, another product (xoxo Hoodie Marshmallow XS) that was for my daughter is missing, and I still haven't received it. I have already sent several emails and so far no one has responded. It would be good if someone could tell me something because it's not out of stock as it's for sale on the website.

Worst online experience I have ever had
Worst experience I have ever had. I ordered in November and wanted another T-shirt size. I sent the small one back and waited for the new one. After weeks waiting and not getting any email, I looked at the status online and it said that they won’t send me the bigger size because it is out of stock. They did not tell me that! I waited weeks to get the shirt in the right size. On January 23rd I ordered it. Now it hat been weeks and my package is still not out to be delivered. I sent many emails but never got any response. I will go to my bank and withdraw my payment because they won’t send me anything. Terrible customer service!!!!! Don’t buy there!!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with an online brand.
I requested a simple size exchange within Nude Project’s stated deadline. Without my consent, my exchange was converted into a voucher, and I was never informed of this change. When I noticed and contacted customer support, I was told my case would be escalated and resolved.
That was a month ago.
Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails from the email address linked to my account and order, as well as from another address, and received little to no response. Each time I was told “the right team” would handle it, nothing happened. No updates, no resolution, no accountability.
At this point, the issue is no longer just the exchange — it’s the complete lack of communication and responsibility. Being ignored after following the brand’s own policies is unacceptable.
I expected much better from a brand of this size. I would not recommend Nude Project based on this experience.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Placed my order 3 months ago and still haven’t received anything. The customer service is basically non-existent because they don’t respond and provide no help. Every other person I know who’s bought from them has experienced something similar. Don’t even waist your time trying to buy. You might finally get your order and they’ll just send you the wrong item.

Went to the store at Madrid. The clothes are pretty nice but can’t say the same on the customer service. I bought a lot of stuff and they did not even help me carried to the counter. They were rushing me even though there were still 30 minutes until closing time.

I'm ordering super often and I love it. The quality is great, the style also and they deliver me in 3 days (I'm in Spain). I asked for a switch of size for pants and I received it the DAY AFTER ! Crazy.

Impossible to return parcel from Latvia
My girlfriend ordered paired sweaters for us as a gift for the New Year. We ordered to Latvia, but she accidentally ordered one sweater in wrong size(S instead of L). We contacted support and hoped to change sweater for another size(Send them back S and receive L). Yes, we received L sweater, however the details Nude Project gave to us, to send the wrong size sweater back was impossible for our country. So, at the end we had three sweaters and no possibility to send wrong sweater back( they claim that there is 30 days return) . To explain why it was impossible, the Nude Project gave us send details as we are in USA, so we can’t send parcel back because we were in Latvia. At the end they offered us to pay for that extra sweater, and started to take fine.
It was the worst experience, worst support ever and a ruined holiday!

The quality of the clothes are 5 stars as well as the fit (size). Even though the prices are high it matches their quality. Therefore, it’s fair. On the other hand, I was surprised that after paying the product + shipping and handling, DHL send me an email for me to pay int’l taxes (aranceles) of €125 and Nude Project never told me about that extra charge which is pretty high after paying the merchandise. I felt fooled after paying almost €400 in their products. That is a fact they should let the customer know because it changes the price and your decision of buying.
