STAY AWAY

Nearly a year on after having my teeth done nothing but issues from 4 weeks - 6 months + now I have tooth pain I have a deep cavity tooth needs removing, bridges need cutting + I need a implant,

Awful experience from the moment I stepped off the plane - they know I had issues once back in the uk I won’t go back though they weren’t done right in the first place with all the issues I experienced + after care is shocking. There great + there for you trying to get you there but once work done + having issues different story…

Wish I had never had 24 crowns which was made out they were going to be individual but there all sets of 3 bridges meaning you can’t floss or clean them properly + when issues arise you can’t get to the tooth

Id like to share my experience on both visits to One Clinic.

From firstly chatting to the UK agent Paul Smith i felt very comfotable as he explained everything clearly and once i booked up, then on Paul and the planing Team Manager Robert made everything so simple in what was needed for my treatment plan.. The service from Paul & Robert was purly brilliant.

From getting picked up at the airport to getting to the Hotel was great. The hotel on first & second visit (Grand Gulsoy) was really amzaing and it was very central to allbars, resturants & local tourist sight seeing attractions.

Id like to thank all reception too staff at One Clinic as well as the denisits who took care of me in Dr Esrara and her dental staff team that really amazing & i can not thank them enough them enough. The clinic was super clean throughout. Also id like to give big thank you to the English speaking translator in Eggman who was brillant throughout my journey & visits as he made feel at ease and explained everything to me.

All the staff went above and beyond their duites to help me throughout journey, so THANK YOU ALL.who has helped me put that SMILE BACK ON MY FACE AGAIN, im more than happy with great results and would highly reccomend ONE CLINIC TO ALL PEOPLLEREADING THIS.

Amazing experience with this clinic, all the staff where very polite and professional. Highly recommend

Never, never go to the dentis place.
It`s really dirty, it`s bad service, and they lie about the price.
They take the price for 6 implantat and you get 4.
When you say that you don`t want to do the treatment they will give you, they don`t listen to that.
3 people sit and talk and talk Tyrkisk and they say that they will find a solution for you.
I had to sit in the office for around 1 houre, and every time I tried to go, tey say no- no- no wait.
They say they have find a solution like you want, and you pay for the treatment.
They act like gangsters.
Day 2 when you are back, they will say sorry- we can`t do it that way.
After that I sat one whole day to get my new teeth, no one spoke to me, and I didn't get any teeth from them
If I could I give them minus 10 stars
They stop talking to you when they understand you get angry and disapoynted.
I'm so happy that i found one another clinic, so they could help me with some new teeths

From the minute I booked to come to one clinic for my teeth I was kept up to date with everything from clients that where there before me.
I was picked up from the airport to the hotel which is a great hotel, all the staff very helpful.
The staff at the clinic were excellent from start to finish and the treatment was great and the end results I couldn’t be more happy with! I will recommend one clinic to everyone that wants to get work done, don’t have the fear and wait years like I did just book and do it.

The workers and the nurses for the company one clinic were very kind and helpful, they made the experience more welcoming, it would have been nice if they could stay longer at the hospital with the patients. All in all I appreciate my agent Mina so much!

Gastric Sleeve Surgery Experience

My gastric sleeve surgery took place on December 25, 2025. Before the surgery, I weighed 118 kg. I had been struggling with weight problems for quite some time. I tried diet, exercise, and many other methods, but I wasn't seeing long-term results. Both my health and lifestyle were being affected, so I decided to undergo gastric sleeve surgery.

The decision to undergo surgery wasn't easy. I was scared and had many questions. However, after proper consultation with my doctor and family support, I gained confidence.

I felt a little nervous on the day of the surgery, but the behavior of the hospital staff and doctors was very supportive. The surgery was completed safely. There was some pain and discomfort after the surgery, but it was manageable and lessened with time.

The initial days after surgery can be a bit challenging, especially due to the liquid diet and weakness. But as the days went by, the body began to adapt. Following the doctor's instructions, paying attention to the diet, and maintaining patience are very important.

After this surgery, there were positive changes in both my eating habits and lifestyle. I learned portion control and started giving more importance to my health. I felt an improvement not only in my weight, but also in my energy levels and confidence.

My overall gastric sleeve surgery experience was good. There were certainly challenges, but the benefits far outweighed them. This surgery isn't magic, but a powerful tool that works when we have self-discipline and consistency.

If anyone is considering gastric sleeve surgery, I would recommend doing thorough research, choosing the right doctor, and being mentally prepared. Patience and follow-up are very important.

Had an amazing time getting my teeth done brilliant staff and will 100% go back to get my teeth clean and to keep them looked after if you are looking to change your life do it I was putting it off for years 5 -6 year just wish I did it sooner I'm over the moon with my teeth

I went to one clinic for my second and last visit to finish my beautiful smile my agent paul smith arange every little detail for me and I didnt have to worry about things he was very very helpful even when i texted him he replies back to me very quick i truly can’t praise him enough for his work as for the clinic and the dentist they were very nice and polite a also they won’t let you leave before they are sure that your theeth are 100 % safe and good now i can finally smile with confidence

I’m very happy with the results of my dental treatment. In just one visit, they placed an implant, two crowns, and did an extraction. I truly appreciate the entire team at the clinic, especially Tom Edwards, my medical advisor, who supported me from start to finish and answered all my questions. A big thank you also to Egmen, who kindly provided real-time translation into Spanish throughout the process. The dentists and assistants were all very professional and friendly.
However, the first three days at the hotel were a disappointing experience. Thankfully, the team was very attentive and moved us to a better hotel for the remaining nights. Also, the transportation service was not the VIP experience we expected, so that’s something that could be improved.
Overall, the dental treatment was excellent, and that’s what matters most. I can definitely recommend One Clinic! 😊

Estoy muy satisfecha con los resultados de mi tratamiento dental. En una sola visita me pusieron un implante, dos coronas y realizaron una extracción. Agradezco de corazón a todo el equipo humano de la clínica, especialmente a Tom Edwards, mi asesor médico, quien me acompañó desde el principio hasta el final y resolvió todas mis dudas. También un gran agradecimiento a Egmen, quien estuvo conmigo todo el tiempo traduciendo al español en tiempo real. Los dentistas y asistentes fueron muy profesionales y amables.
Sin embargo, los primeros tres días en el hotel fueron una experiencia negativa. Afortunadamente, el equipo fue muy atento y nos cambiaron a un hotel mejor para las últimas noches. El transporte tampoco cumplió con el servicio VIP que esperábamos, así que sería bueno revisarlo.
Al final, lo más importante —el tratamiento dental— salió muy bien, y por eso recomiendo One Clinic sin dudarlo. 😊

I have just had such a great experience with OneClinic, from the moment they pick you up from the airport you really feel relaxed and know everything is going to turn out well. The hotel, the transport, the operation, the translator Antonio, the surgeons, the medical attention, everything is fantastic and they make you feel at home. After checking out a dozen of clinics, I decided to go for OneClinic because of their proposal and especially because of Diana, for all the interest she has taken in me and my case since the very beginning.
