Today I’ve deposited 102$ and got 40.80$ bonus money by mistake that I didn’t need to at all. I start to bet and after 3rd bet 3$ each I won 126$ then I keep I start keep winning. After few other bets I won another 253… knowing that stupid bonus money will take a week to wager it I decided to cancel and keep playing with my original deposit - actual cash and cancelled 40$ that was on bonus section. And somehow my entire balance turned to 0! Agent on the line keep sending me copy paste generated answers that when you cancel the bonus all your balance and winnings will cancelled…it’s was 397$. It sounds pretty much scam to me as I play all around on different platforms and never had a such a bad experiences….

According to this rule, when wagering a bonus, your real funds are used first, and all winnings obtained from those bets contribute to the wagering progress and are added to the bonus balance.
At a certain point, you had already used your real funds and began playing with your bonus balance. Unfortunately, it seems you did not notice this at the moment you chose to cancel the bonus. As a result, cancelling the bonus also cancelled the entire bonus balance, which is the expected outcome according to the rules.

We also offered to restore your original bonus so that you could play it again, but unfortunately, you decided not to accept this option.

1. Verification:
My account was fully verified more than a year ago, and I had been depositing and withdrawing without any issues. The “additional verification” request appeared only after a large win and shortly before significant cashback amounts were due. This timing raises concerns, as no issues had ever been mentioned previously.

2. Withdrawals:
My withdrawals were limited, delayed, and declined multiple times without explanation. These issues began only after my win, not due to any limits communicated in advance.

3. VIP Status:
My VIP level was upgraded; however, the associated VIP Upgrade Bonus of $1,100 was never awarded, despite being shown as available prior to its removal.

4. Cashback and Bonuses:
None of the following were credited, even though they appeared on my account before being removed:
– Live Casino Cashback
– VIP Cashback
– VIP Upgrade Bonus ($1,100)

Regarding the “cooling-off period,” I requested it only after your team informed me that my previously earned bonuses would not be restored—even after verification—and that I would need to deposit additional funds to activate new bonuses.
