Loyalty is not rewarded
I've been playing here for a while I finally got to their platinum loyalty level I was told (via email) I would get a $115 credit for a reward it was never credited to my account.
The same day as I recived the email saying I was entitled to a reward I won $9k and when I tried to cash out $3k their limit per withdrawl I was told my account wasn't verified and would need to be to be able to withdrawal so I did the whole verification process again even though I have deposited and withdrew from them multiple times in the past. Then they said I can't withdrawal because I was no longer eligible for bonuses. This casino o is shady it seems as soon as you win big they come up with excuses of why they won't payout.
I was asked to add more information this casino has a loyalty program and for each level you get to you are supposed to get rewards for reaching it. After playing on this site for roughly a year I made it to my current level platinum 11 the rewards for reaching this level were supposed to be $115 casino credit a birthday bonus of $375 casino credit and 8% cashback weekly. The day that i reached platinum 11 level i recived a email stating I had recived the $115 casino credit however when I logged in and went to claim it I was told I am not longer allowed bonuses.i didn't abuse any bonuses and always have been polite when dealing with the support staff I have done nothing wrong so after spending thousands of dollars motivated by the level up rewards I got ripped off. I still have not recived the $115 reward for reaching platinum 11.
The resolution im looking for is for them to credit my account with the $115 reward reactivate my bonuses honor their promises by issuing 8% weekly cash back and on my birthday credit my account with the $375 birthday gift thank you
First of all I've never abused any bonuses I hardly ever use them. Second my id is valid and has been on file since I signed up and I have made withdrawals of up to 400 sometimes 500 no problems.but when I try to withdrawl over 1000 I get dicked around your site says withdrawal in x amount of minutes but if I go to withdrawal 1000 im waiting days. As you were informed by our support team, we temporarily disabled the possibility of getting or using bonuses on your account due to bonus abuse. According to clause 2 of our General Bonus Terms and Conditions: “If you engage in any promotion abuse, fraud, or manipulation this shall be considered as a breach of the Terms. In such cases, and in addition to other remedies available to us, we reserve the right to void all promotions you participated in, void and confiscate all the winnings derived therefrom, and prevent your participation in future promotions.”
2. Why your withdrawal of 3000 CAD wasn’t approved. According to clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions: “The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation and perform additional checks in order to verify the information provided.” The documents you were provided before have expired, and we ask you to renew your documents using the verification flow in your profile.
After we asked you to provide us with the renewed documents in your profile, you sent us the same photos of your documents as you sent for the first time. We kindly asked you to upload new photos for the proof of Identification to your profile.
3. According to your account records, we may confirm that after a few cancelled withdrawals due to an unverified profile, you continued to play with your funds and lost them.
4. Your disabled possibility to receive bonuses, participate in promotions and receive winnings from them does not affect your withdrawal limitation or possibility to withdraw. Your account is still active, and if you win with us, you will be able to withdraw your winnings after full account verification using the flow in your profile tab.

I have not encountered this rule before.
Of course, I lost my funds as a result of this restriction. I have closed my account and I will not return to this platform.

I used the site and after playing a while made 4 separate attempts to withdraw my money using four different payment methods to no success. Everytime they manually cancelled it or it cancelled itself even though I'm fully verified and completed all requirements of the site. When I contacted their live support they said they couldn't help with the issue and would email the payment department and that they couldn't help me. Several hours later I got an email saying one of the 5 available payment methods may be working and to use it. This site is predatory and you should avoid it at all costs.

I foolishly gave them 50 dollars and got up to 150 and then could not withdraw my initial funds. Then I accidentally misclicked and lost all 150 dollars and have nothing as I "forfeited" my winnings. This scammy casino is purposely ambiguous hoping that a newbie like me will fall for their tricks. If they had not have used a fake app labeled as my local casino I would have never been drawn in. Avoid them like the plague!
They are now contesting this review and trying to have it removed. I am doubling down. Scammers!
