Unable to cancel before the free trial ends, scummy company
Gar age fraud watch out never buy anything. Service is a fraud will charge you anyway even tho you cancel within the legal time. The company is clearly operating a fraud and illegal activity.
Quality of the products are good and comfortable but the prices are extortionate! And the membership scheme is a cycle of payments that trap you. Would stay away from using their company, customer service is non-reachable and all AI run. Don’t waste your time.
Avoid at all costs!!! Continue to take payment once cancelled! SCAM!!!
Its free until you are billed because you have a 30 day cooling period after cancelling subscription so they use that loophole to charge you then send threatening emails. I disputed with the bank and PayPal and they had a chance to respond but they didn't so the dispute was ruled in my favour. After I got my refund they tried billing me it saying it was not a "legitimate" refund instead of replying to the actual dispute they tried to take the charge unlawfully instead sending threatening emails to which I responded I have disputed with bank and PayPal and put blockages on them so any more emails will be treated as harassment and reported to trading standards. If I get any more emails I will be reporting it to the visa fraud prevention team. People tried to work around it by using the free trial and cancelling within 14 days, but they dodging add a "30 day cooling period" when you are legally allowed to cancel within 14 days and not be charged but they ignore all this. Please be cautious with this business and know your rights, dont waste your time on their customer service as they try to use threatening language as opposed to anything else instead dispute through the bank and PayPal, cancel your subscription and if they keep harassing you treat it as harassment which it is. If possible report it to trading standards also and cross reference online as there's a lot of information online where people have similar experiences- EU based. I have documented evidence and case number e.t.c. they reply to reviews but they dont do anything to work on such issues.
They try to scam you, send emails that you should reactivate your account for free stuff and if you do it they make you pay for one month subscription without telling anything about it
Worst company and the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Everything feels like a scam. I cancelled my subscription before the trial ended, and I even received an email confirming the cancellation. Yet the very next day, they still deducted the money from my account. I immediately contacted them asking why the charge was made and requested a refund. Since then, I’ve been stuck in an endless loop of useless emails — around 25–30 messages — each time from a different person who clearly hasn’t read the previous conversation. One says the refund is already processed, another says they need to ‘check with finance,’ another says it’s still ‘under review’ and I should wait 20 working days. It’s unbelievable how none of them can give a straight answer or even check the actual refund status. Its already 3 months stuck with these people. It’s been nothing but incompetence, confusion, and zero accountability. Still no refund. Never trust these scammers!!!!! Legally someone has to step-up and take the action on these people.
The underwear is good. But expensive!!! Also you cancel...then get a link to reactivate for a free pair...yeah...not free.....so to cancel, you need to pay again anyway!! It's a scam. Cancel and still have a charge. I paid...cancelled. stupidily reactivated but cancelled 10mins later...boom...being charged again. Con..don't buy sorry!!!
I signed up for the “free trial” (first pair) on 2 Jan 2026. They emailed on 6 Jan that my first delivery was sent, but I only received it on 16 Jan 2026.
This date matters because the 14-day reflection/withdrawal period should be counted from the date of receipt. I contacted customer service on 27 Jan 2026 (within 14 days from 16 Jan) to end my membership and stop any further charges, because their system blocked cancellation due to a failed payment.
Instead of processing my request, support replied with a copy-paste template (signed “Natalya”) about not being able to “close the account” unless I pay an “outstanding payment”. This completely ignores the point: I was requesting withdrawal/cancellation and an immediate STOP of billing attempts.
After that, I kept receiving automated payment reminders for €11.99 as an ADVANCE payment for “Delivery: February 2026”, and the emails escalated to threats of “reminder fees” and transfer to a “debt collection partner”.
So the pattern is: “free trial” → delayed delivery → you try to cancel within the period → the system blocks cancellation and they demand payment anyway → automated threats of debt collection. Customer service is unhelpful and only sends templates.
I do not recommend this company. If you try the “free” offer, take screenshots of everything and be prepared for aggressive payment reminders.
I have already contacted customer service by email and provided all details. For a quick resolution, please refer to UserId 10216604 and ChatIDs 01KFZN8YQKDH6YF759ENEQG87W / 01KG9Q9H2N1JYYF0KAE1Z05NTH and contact me via the email linked to my account.

Don't fell into this trap guys. I have paid 2 times. Only received 1 time. And no free boxer arrived as they promised.
Costumers service litterally lied about the delivery 2 times. They sent packages without tracing and no one knows what is happening to the packages. I will use lawful rights in these days. I asked for refund and they didn't even bother answering .
Here is my chat ID and some infor that I have been mailing with you. See yourself!

They will continue to charge you two months after your cancellation date.
They offer refunds and exchanges but only if you're an active member even then you have to fight them for it.
Half the time the products don't even show up and you have to chase them for it.
It's impossible to speak to a human and the chatbot crashes often.
If you decide not to pay they send debt collectors after you and charge you £40+
Do not use this company

The free pair of boxers comes at a monthly subscription. There is a complete lack of customer service making it seemingly impossible to cancel your "14 day trial period". Email replies take 3 days minimum.
The polyester boxer shorts are not comfortable at all and feels completely unnatural to wear. Mine went to the bin. I can not recommend them with clear conscience.

So I know Onthatass from an ad in IG when they did a promotion in Paris for 5 euro for sets for first-time trials. Then I paid for the bra set, and the items came about 2-3 weeks later. Then the subscription scam came. I did not submit for membership; it's just a one-time trial. But they keep your credit card, and suddenly they email you, "This is your order for next month," and deduct from your account 13 euros without your consent/confirmation.
The second scam, they just randomly sent you the products; suddenly its on your dashboard even without you choosing the item/product. Then they said you can cancel it, but even after the cancellation time, you still need to pay for membership the next month. How come you sent people random products in Feb, and when you want to cancel, you have to wait 1 month because they will draw money from your bank? This is totally a scam and an unethical business and a bad action.
And the worst part is they don't have proper customer service to assist directly, so it's pretty upsetting and stressful, making people frustrated. They only provide an unhelpful chatbot link, and when you want to give a review, they block it from their website.
And it's not only about the money but also about how they are doing their business!

I’ve been sucked into the lie that’s a free pair and can’t cancel my subscription until ‘I receive it’ - which is horrendous!
Going to ombudsman about this to warn them and take legal action on them considering this is how they threaten everyone else. Emailed their business address and also dm’d on instagram and dont think I’ll get a response. I will be bad mouthing them all over social as will people who are very influential until they cancel my subscription and even cancel the free pair - I don’t want them!

Would give 0 stars if it would be possible.
I have cancelled my subscription in the trial period but they said that the cancellation didn't go through. So not only they have collected the money next month (January) but for February as well, saying that the subscription will be cancelled after. If you don't pay the extra 2 months (that you didn't even ask for) they will send you remainders (costing 13.50 on top of subscription) and if you still don't pay that, they contact the debitor that adds extra £40 with impact on your credit score.
All for a pair of RUBBISH knickers that double their size after few washes.

My son was in China, and he canceled his membership in 2024.
Suddenly the account was re-activated at the end of January he just returned.
It is impossible to reach them online or by phone.
Also he has a problem closing the forgotten account, due to this newly ghost order named mystery order. "Mystery order indeed!!"
Now, the goods are not even send, and guess what >>> They seem to have forgotten their own Dutch LAW!!! The Netherlands has >>> The 14-Day Window. A law that says >>>>
The 14-Day Window: Under Dutch and EU Herroepingsrecht (Right of Withdrawal), you can cancel an online purchase from the moment you "order" it until 14 days after you receive it.
Since he hasn't even received a shipping notification, he is 100% within his legal rights to cancel.
Since it isn't even shipped or has arrived. We will not accept the package, as he has explissitly said he doesn't know about the re-activation, doesn't want it and want his account removed at once!
Which they are not willing to do, and it is impossible to do so, as they keep you have a payment open.
Off course they also threat with legal action!!
ON THAT ASS, MAY I HEREBY REMIND YOU ON THE DUTCH LAW OF THE 14-DAY WINDOW.

I ordered the first free try-out set, thinking that it probably would be bad quality or other problems would emerge. Due to financial reasons I decided not to continue with the subscription, but the product I received is of a high quality, fitted and comfortable. Moreover the set was packed in an aesthetic manner, which is also important for customer satisfaction. I recommend at least trying out the first set as the website is very helpful in getting the sizes right, extremely user friendly and they offer a few (gorgeous!) color options. I will be considering renewing my subscription whenever I will have funds to do so.

they sent me free boxer's shorts and they're trying to charge me for it. Now they're threatening to charge extra costs if i don't pay. What a crap company. You won't get a cent from me.

They have threatened legal action over a membership I have not activated nor wished for, as I have cancelled mine a long time ago.
I have sent multiple emails which were not responded on, along with trying to contact them through live chat for over ten hours (8am until 6pm), which was not responded on either.
Truly horrible experience. They have given me payment reminders for something I have not personally ordered or ever wished for, and then threatened to charge a "reminder fee" that doubles the price. Then threatened to send said "outstanding payment" to a debt collection agency of something that I never ordered in the first place.
Do not get this if you do not want a headache. And do not pay for things you do not want. It's misleading and greedy behaviour on their part.
