First version was not good, pictures in layout centered but after printing not anymore. I got contacted from the support and they helped to solve the issue. Hopefully the 2nd version will be better

A waste of time and money
I ordered a t shirt the 22nd of October. There was delay sending the package, then the package went missing. I contact the live chat, and I was promised by an agent that I will get a free replacement order including shipping at no cost. One week after nothing happened and I have been wasting my time trying to contact a human and not an AI agent that can process the refund.

Very good customer service
There was an initial mistake in the names on the place cards I received, apparently due to an error when putting the order. When notified, Optimalprint were very gracious about it, offering to either provide new cards or a refund.
