This works- any negative reviews seem down to delivery issues and not down to the product-
Post menopausal hair thinning was soul destroying.
I've been using the lotion now for 5 years and it's stopped the loss and replenished the thinning. I's not an overnight fix and you have to stick with it- twice a day every day. The first indication that it was working was that I stopped seeing masses of hair in the plug hole and in my hands when I washed my hair. After 6 months I was so pleased with the results . I'm not sure if the hair thinning would start again if I stopped using, I'm not prepared to take that risk so I continue to use. I didn't like the foam as I found it sticky and had to keep washing my hair and I think it's wise to reduce hair washing when your hair is thinning. The lotion with the dropper is so easy and is absorbed into the scalp with no messy residue. I tried the shampoo and the conditioner but it didn't smell of anything so I didn't like it and didn't re-order.

A learning experience
After only a couple weeks, thereabouts. I had to put the breaks on. Even, reducing the daily dosage to one a day feared no better. I ended up feeling unwell, headache, heart palpitations and nasty dizzy spells. Evidently, my body could not handle the potency of this supplement.
However, while the above was occurring and even though it were a short period of use, I could feel a change in my scalp. Like the pores, follicles were being un-clogged, if that makes any sense. So, there’s definitely something good going on with the stimulating supplement.
My key takeaways.
If you’re one who eats a pretty healthy balanced diet made up of real, clean, perhaps organic foods, full of colour. Then, as long as there are no medical issues, you should be meeting all your daily requirements ie minerals, vitamins etc. That, being the case the risk of over-dosing is very likely. As was my experience with this supplementation being an add on. But, not the fault of the supplement.
To add, especially in women. The bigger reason for hair loss is Iron deficiency and more-so if the loss is chronic and ends up robbing our Iron stores. And, in my case I do have a history of chronic Iron deficiency. But, it was only very recent I realised there’s a link to my hair loss.
Foligain NZ, were fast to respond. I received a refund in an instant. Moving on, I’ve decided to opt for Foligain’s external re-growth products. I’m hoping, combined with my effort at keeping a reasonably healthy diet, stress management etc, will at the least reduce the thinning.
Only other thing, I have a sealed bottle of the supplement to give-away. The un-sealed bottle apart from what I used remains kept in a cool dry spot in my cupboard. Seems, a waste they be thrown out. If anyone is interested. Happy to gift it forward.
Finally, Foligain NZ handled my situation with such professionalism. No farting about. More-so, they trusted and respected both me and my concern. Highly recommend!

Delayed delivery (fixed)
I placed an order on 09/01/2026, and as of today, 16/01/2026, I still haven’t received an email or any status update. My order has remained on “confirmed” this entire time.
To be fair, there was an issue with DHL which is why i'm not giving the review a 1 star. I reached out to the company via email, and they replied, but their message ended up in my spam folder, so I didn’t see it. The next day, I contacted them through Instagram, and they helped me confirm my email and sort things out.
However, after two more days, I still had no updates. I reached out again, and once more they asked me to verify my address, which I did. They said they had “taken note of it.” I followed up yet again asking for an update, but I received no reply.
It has now been nine days. I paid in full for my product and have had to go out of my way multiple times just to not even resolve the issue.
Update: That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. Despite the delays and miscommunication, the company handled the situation professionally in the end and provided me with a half refund. They took responsibility and made things right, which says a lot about their integrity as a business.
While the experience wasn’t perfect, I genuinely appreciate their honesty and willingness to resolve the issue. Customer support like this is what really matters.

I have been using FOLIGAIN Minoxidil and their shampoo for three months. The results are noticeable. Hair shedding has reduced significantly, and the improvement is clear.
One drawback, particularly with the Minoxidil, is that it leaves some greasiness in the hair. After researching this, I understand it is normal. For that reason, I usually apply it only in the evening and avoid using it when I am going out. Despite this inconvenience, the results remain very visible.
The pricing is not cheap, but it is within an acceptable range given the effectiveness. Delivery is fast, and customer support is excellent.
The only real downside is stock availability, products tend to sell out quickly, and restocking can take some time. Overall, a strong product with proven results. Well done, FOLIGAIN.
