Terrible service

Terrible service. Ugg boot zipper broke the second time I opened it, after wearing them for maybe a handful of times around the house. They will replace the ugg but you have to pay postage.
Because their item was faulty, I had to pay the $80 postage to return the item and have the new one sent back to me. The original item cost was $160.
So gross!! Absolutely no policy on faulty items.
Every company with a fault, I've dealt with pay for the item to be returned, I don't know of any company that does that if the item is faulty.
Do not buy from this company!

Bit small but comfy

Bought a pair of slippers that were the wrong size, was quite a hassle to get a return organises and had to pay for it myself, but the new ones are quite comfy. Try to order a couple of sizes over your usual.

Do not buy

Do not buy. Their sizes are not standard, I am a very normal women size 40 in many many shoes and these were too small by a lot. I then had to pay postage $16 to return them and then they deduct $10 for the return! Never again!

Very poor after sales services

I ordered a pair of Double Button Ugg boot on Dec 06, 2022, but they sent me a pair of Single Button boot by mistake after 4 weeks of waiting. Have sent 3 online messages and 3 emails to their Customer Services for feedback, but never got any response from them. I posted back the wrong item for refund, and called to their office directly, however they claimed the Single Button and the Double Button are the SAME style of boot and refused to refund the shipping charges that I have paid to ship and return the wrong product. So, In this case I have lost totally CAD100 of shipping both ways because of their mistake. The worst thing is they never thought this was their mistake. Very frustrated.

Now Selling Fake Ugg Slippers

I have been buying off this company for the past 5 years and never had a problem, however this time I received 2 pairs of fake UGGS from them. Firstly the sizes were 2 sizes too small yet I have ordered the same size in the past from the same website. After wearing the slippers for 2 weeks they stretched to such an extent that my foot slips out of them and the fluff is falling off. Lastly and the biggest giveaway that they are fake is the actual label is totally different to the previous UGG labels and says AHP UGG Australia. The email re the tracking also came from originaluggboots.com.au and I logged into my original account that I previously ordered from. ( I even have proof of orders from 2019 and they are identical to the order I placed in December ) so it is not like I bought from a fake website. I believe this company is now replacing genuine UGGS with fake UGGS,

Extremely unhappy with these non-genuine UGGs

I was sent some of these slippers as a gift from Australia to the UK. These are not genuine UGG (trademarked) boots.  I have 4 pairs of genuine UGGs bought from UGG shops in the UK, and they all have internal size labels, product IDs, holograms and UGG stamped sole patterns. What I received is a counterfeit item.  I cannot tell you how angry I am that she wasted her money sending these over, and I wasted my money paying Import Tax on these horrible rip-offs. I don't know how they're avoiding IP and patent laws - probably because they have branded themselves "the original ugg boots" and not UGG (trademarked). They are genuine sheepskin leather, but the inside fluffy bit is falling out al over the place. I'm really disappointed.
