Over 6 months no refund no amount credit in parimatch wallet

My withdrawals were processed without issues. It wasn’t instant, but everything arrived as expected.

Money transfers are safe Support's always ready So many fun games, never bored

Recently they blocked my account suddenly....without any information....and 14000 withdrawal also they write off from my account....i am with parimatch from last 3 years.....i didn't expected that they can do this type of fraud....player id :-225096296

I have made deposit of 6 k once and 10k once both the amount has been deducted but not reflecting in parimatch and this useless site doesn't have support to check and dam robot operates always, the withdrawal is also not happening, getting errors, there is no zero star to rate.

When we are digital world how long it's going to take to check the failed deposit and reverse the amount of it is geniune. They are clearly cheating the player. Holding my amount for any reasons. Many times contacted pari match email and chat support. As usual only automated messages I am getting.

Don't deposit on parimatch, their deposit system is compromised and the support team is also involved in this scam, they are scamming people of the deposit, and support team is not responding or even trying to clear the issue for week's, my advice is avoid this scam platform

Parimatch local agents after receiving money by upi are not adding the amount in parimatch account of players.. This incidence happening with lots of person...They give same bot reply like your ticket is on high priority..

I am extremely frustrated with Parimatch. I have been trying to withdraw my own money via bank transfer, and the withdrawal simply does not process.

What makes this worse is that there are NO alternative withdrawal options available to me. I am forced to use bank transfer, which is clearly not working, yet the platform provides no solution.

Customer support has been completely unhelpful. They keep repeating that “there is no issue from our side,” while I am still unable to access my funds. If there is no issue, then why can’t I withdraw my money? Instead of actually investigating or offering another method, they just give generic responses and close the conversation.

This is unacceptable. A betting platform must ensure smooth withdrawals. Deposits work instantly, but withdrawals suddenly become a problem — and apparently it’s never their fault.

Right now, I feel like my money is being held without any proper explanation or resolution.
