CAR BROKEN INTO IN THIS CAR PARK

I paid 34 Euros to park in the secure underground Perpignan Q- park (Wilson)overnight on 13th April 2025. My car was broken into overnight. My suitcase and other items useful to a male were taken. I assume therefore migrants are entering the car park looking for clothes etc!
At a guess the problem is the doors in / out. The doors all let you out but only one lets you in, therefore park your car beside the door that goes in / out as there is more traffic!! The other door is a quick exit for a would be thief! My best advice …. Don’t park there!!

Newcastle Qpark great

This Qpark is near St James Stadium and it will get crowded on match day. But when I have business nearby I book in advance and have paid extra for the VIP bay next to the staff station. The bays are bigger than most. Working lifts. Clean. And not too dear.

Dont use in Bury next to Premier inn
Very expensive over £18 for overnight even with discount, use council site further down at least overnite is free.
Then there is the hassle of getting in and out of the place. Never again.

Appalling customer service

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst parking experiences I ever had. I parked at the Dresden Altmarkt (Germany) on the 20th of December. Returning to the car park around 10.30 pm, I wanted to use my ‘blue badge’ - disability card, which allows for free parking across Europe. When I rang for assistance, I had a very unfriendly lady who said it doesn’t apply to this car park and I have to pay despite the disability card. When I queried it and said I use this card whether I’m in London, Berlin or other towns in Europe, she just said in a very aggressive manner, “Are you going to pay now or not? “ After that, she didn’t take any of my calls and pretended not to be there. I did pay but I think this customer service was absolutely appalling and I don’t think I will use Qpark again.

No trust in Q Parks

I booked a parking space in advance at Manchester Plaza. Upon arrival, a Q-Park guard refused us entry, stating the car park was full. He politely directed us to another car park on the other side of town but referred to the terms and conditions when questioned. This lack of guarantee for a reserved parking isn't made clear, making advance booking seem pointless. Just feels shady practice, Never again.

Misleading Charges and Rude Service

I have been a regular customer at the gatwick parking facility for years, but my recent experience was frustrating and disappointing.
I was charged £40 initially and an additional £120 because my car, a VW Caddy, was on a "special" list that wasn't clearly communicated.
To make matters worse, the staff's dismissive attitude was shocking, especially when I was in a hurry to catch a flight.
I've tried to resolve this through customer service, only to be met with the excuse that the information is "available on their website."
Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

Needless to say they've lost yet another customer as at the time I was not the only person with the same kind of bad experience, only proving that their service is intentionally misleading and in my opinion fraudulent...

Minus 5 star

Minus 5 star. This company robbed me of 875kr x3 because my car was not parked in a selective parkingbooth for company cars. This happened 3 times, and one of the times it was parked in the right area but just outside, or on top of, one of the parking lines. I've never experienced anything like it ever before in my whole life, and I am thoroughly concerned about the legal applications of this scamming company.

- Do not trust the app! Always make sure about all the regulations of the parking spot. Otherwise, you will end up paying €70 fine ticket for the mistake caused by Qpark app. The customer service is a mess. You cannot rely on what they say because who ever picks up the phone, says something differnt!

Extortionate charges, extremely poor behaviour of their staff, issuing tickets for no and ridiculous reasons, impossible to contact or correspond with - they deserve a score of MINUS FIVE.

Marseille Qpark

Marseille Qpark - Very disappointed. Prébooked ticked but when arrived, parking was full and had to wait 20 minutes before entering. Once in the car park found parking space very quickly. When we returned to the car, we discovered it had been broken into with side window smashed. We were parked directly by a security camera. When I approached the car park security, I was told to speak to police. No other interest or assistance!! The police informed us that other cars had been broken into on the night in the car park. Do not park in this car park it is not secure.

St Malo, Brittany - Qpark

In St Malo, Brittany, the map link to the Qpark car park, from the Qpark email, directed us to a road that was not accessible. When I asked the hotel I was staying at for guidance, they were unable to give specific help, apart from saying that the car park was near a taxi rank, but we could not see this, while driving. On foot we did locate the car park, and an access route to this, but as this was not on the Qpark instructions, we did not find this and parked elsewhere after circling the area for some time. Qpark have stated that they would refund us, but no refund has been received so far

Booked a parking place in London

Booked a parking place in London, arrived 20 minutes early and left 90 minutes earlier than booked and was charged £9.50 for over running, go figure ? Will not use again and defiantly not recommend.

Prebooked parking in Cardiff for the…

Prebooked parking in Cardiff for the day good value at £5 for the day. The carpark was easy to access just scanned the code and barrier lifted. The carpark is clean and tidy all very light and airy and easy to fine. I had a problem with my car when I returned to collect it to go home and Damon was very helpful got it sorted and I was on my way in no time.

Booking extra charges

When you book beforehand and arrive two seconds before your chosen timeslot, and even when you leave an hour before your booking ends, you still get charged extra for a whole hour. Ridiculous. First and last time I'll use these facilities. Complete waste. Can't recommend.

Rotten attitude to customers

Poor poor attitude. Rotten customer service. Left the car park at 2203 having booked parking to 2200. The time it took to wait for your lift then descend from floor 5 (with a disabled member of our party) in the car led to the 3 MINUTES delay. You charged an extra hour! Just because you can call on the letter of the rules does not mean it is morally the right thing to do. The real world does not always align with t&c's.
