Delivery issues, mixed customer service.

Ordered via rubbex.com which is a marketplace of tire vendors. Had a lot of trouble, 4 wheels were sent in two packages, one was sent back for some reasons. Customer service is friendly but somewhat powerless, doesn't have any access to the vendors, and have no control or visibility into delivery. They were however quite helpful with returns, and their policies seem fair.

States delivery within 4-5 days.

States delivery within 4-5 days.
On day 6 i receive a mail saying there is a delay. Nothing about when they can deliver.
Meanwhile website still says 4-5 days delivery time.

GANGSTERS!!!

GANGSTERS!!!
I had the intend to order tires, and for the payment process, the site took me to the PayPal site.
Without further ado, Rubbex debited part of the amount from my credit card (linked to PayPal).
I can only see the departed money on my credit card statement, but NOT on Rubbex.com and NOT on PayPal either!
I'm totally disappointed and obviously do not want to continue the transaction, so how will I get a refund?!

A good experience

A good experience! Really competitive prices. I ordered 4 rims last Sunday and I was waiting them between 19-22/01. But finally I got it one day before😲 In addition, they send you different emails detailing the entire process. From receipt of the order to final delivery. Very satisfied!

Superb service

We chose to purchase tyres and rims from dækekspert.dk because they say that they check each order to make sure it fits the car: they really mean it!
They have even been faster than their claim to mount the tyres and ship them.

Disgraceful service.

Ordered four tyres, one got lost via GLS. No tracing. They refused to send out another tyre to replace & I had to wait until case was ‘solved’ until I was refunded. Took over a month to buy four winter tyres! Its now spring! Incredibly poor service. Will not recommend. Disgraceful I had to waste my money here. Absolutely indefensible.

thank you for your feedback. You are right that something went totally wrong when processing your order. Unfortunately, our parcel service provider could not find the fourth tire anymore. The GLS search process took a very long time. We had to wait for the answer from GLS.

I paid more than one month ago..

I paid my order on 22/10/2016 and it was not yet delivered. Today is the 27/11/2016 and I am really not happy!

Taking your immidiate action into consideration, I changed from one to three star rating.

Vous avez absolument raison que le délai de livraison est considérablement plus long que d’habitude. En raison de la forte demande saisonnière, des retards sont survenus de la part des fournisseurs, ce qui a engendré des retards dans le traitement des commandes. Nous sommes vraiment navrés des désagréments causés et vous prions de bien vouloir nous en excuser.

La marchandise a été remise hier à notre service de livraison et devrait par conséquent être livrée prochainement.

I purchased a set of wintertires. I am happy with the quality of the goods. the delivery of the goods took a day longer than contractually promised (unclear whether the problem was at Reifencom or shipping agent). Generally happy and would have no problems in recommending Reifencom
