The money is taken out of my account (+10.000 DKK.) but I still have not received my lamp. I will NEVER order from this company again. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.

I made an order end of June with 2 products, one on stock and another with an expected delivery of mid-july. No information received about delivery till mid-july when I contacted customer service, another 5-8 days patience have been requested. After no news for 8 days again and another email later, I was told that there is no information of the missing product. So I split the order and asked the delivery of the on stock product, and cancelled the other part. 27th July I got the confirmation that the lamp is on delivery, we are on 8th August and I still don't have a lamp but cannot cancel the other either....I had to reschedule my electrician appointment 2 times due to this, and probably the lamp won't arrive till my next appointment either which is due in 1 day, that will cost me extra money. It's just nonsense. And no refund, compensation or voucher has been offered despite the multiple exchange I had with customer service. Never going to order from here again.

First of all, during the ordering of the product, Rum21 promised to get back with some answers for some questions, I had. They failed to do so. If I had gotten these answers, this would have changed the order from my side.
Anyway, I received the order after some delay only to find out that the product did not live up to the expectations (which answering of my questions could have clarified). This meant that I had to deliver the product back, which I then did. Upon return, the freight (managed by DHL) was done in such poor condition that the product had been damaged, even though it was clear on pictures that the damaged had happening during freight. However, Rum21 proclaimed this was my fault and were not willing to refund either the full amount or pay for the delivery costs even though the latter is clearly stated on their website that they themselves will cover.
When trying to reason with the customer service, you are met with arrogant responses and experience that they do not at all answer the questions, I asked for in the email.
All in all, a terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to purchase any item from Rum21. Bad customer experience end-to-end. I really do not hope anyone else will experience this.

Our order was split into four seperate packages and delivered to two address across town (and not the addresses we requested). One package did not get delivered due "not providing a delivery address" depsite the fact that Rum21 managed to deliver some of the products. Those products we did receive, however, were delivered damaged. We had to place a new order for the pieces that Rum21 failed to deliver the first time, and we were then told that it would take an additional 8 weeks.

I was looking for some interesting light fixtures for my bathroom, closet and kitchen. Rum21 had such a large variety of design, beautiful concepts and a wide selection of colors. It didn’t take long for me to find the exact lights I wanted for each room. Very quick delivery, very reasonable prices and great quality! Will definitely be buying from them again.
We bough 2 chairs which arrived in a box and packaging which were visably opened and retaped. The chairs had visible scratches and the leather seat on the chair had a thorn in it so white fluffy filling was showing from the middle of the black leather. We wrote to them to complain about the defektive products and that we would like a partial refund (as for example you would have bough items on sale/discount because they were exhibion/return/used items). They didn't want to cooperate, as they only offered us to send back the chairs. You can only imagine how difficult it is to pack back chairs and send them back, and also we know that there are no other items from the same model that we can buy and need to wait until the summer to receive the new arriving units. Therefore, we had to keep the crappy defektive chairs and pay full price! Never buying from them again and definitely voicing this ut to everyone we know. First time in my life that such a crappy product is delivered and the seller doesn't take responsibility, or even appologise

I was skeptical because of the prices and some of the reviews on Trustpilot. But I received the right products in the original packages within the promised date, which was 4 days. I am very pleased and will be happy to order from the company again.

Terrible experience. Ended up cancelling the order because it was taking far too long and communication was virtually non-existent. There are far too many other companies out there, offering precisely the same products, but with a much higher level of efficiency and customer service. I will never use the company again.

Amazingly bad customer service, they'vep postponed the delivery five times now with little to no information, only when asked.
After seeing previous ratings I was nervous about my order, however I am absolutely over the moon with the quick efficient and professional service. Great products and superb service.
