After paying €220 upfront, it is still completely unclear if and when the product will ever be delivered. Promises are not kept, communication is poor, and as a customer you are left in total uncertainty.

Customer Services start off helpful and in line with any reasonable expectations a customer may have. However the incompetence and inability to meaningfully acknowledge an issue over a protracted period is breathtaking. For absolute clarity I “highlight” the objective timeframes:
20/10/25: ordered bedframe shown in stock. However when order placed advised that delivery dates would be not as advertised
30/10/25: andlight advised expected shipping date of 10/11/25 from Sweden. Andlight website looks to be a UK company – however this is not the case.
17/11/25: bed delivered and found to be faulty on assembly (an integral but small piece of wood & a special bolt not available anywhere else (despite extensive internet searches). Andlight customer services contacted immediately, photos supplied.
Assurances provided during the intervening time (often following me chasing updates) to say the parts were ordered and would be dispatched. A “goodwill gesture” of £100 provided in recognition of the poor service experienced plus acknowledging that someone was sleeping on the floor on a brand new mattress – as (foolishly!) expected the bed to be fit for purpose.
12/12/25: the replacement items remain outstanding with no clear timeframe provided. Andlighting unable to confirm that the parts were being shipped to Sweden (from Demark where Karup are based) for onward shipping to UK. Informed that the two small parts had been combined with another customer’s order for shipping.
Formal confirmation that I was rejecting the goods under Consumer Rights Act 2015, requesting a. full immediate refund (as andlight had stated they would refund me 14 days after the bed was returned to their warehouse in Sweden!) 2. Collection of the bed without needing to dismantle or repackage in line with the legislation (“when a product is faulty, the trader is responsible for collecting it, especially when it is large, heavy, assembled, or difficult to pack”). We had not kept the original packaging (there was lots of it and took up quite a bit of our home) as had never anticipated andlight couldn’t arrange for two items that could easily fit into an a4 slim sized package to be sent promptly.
12th to 16thDecember: hours / days on andlight website chat:
- Andlight not understanding we no longer had any suitable packaging to repack a bed
- We were just waiting on these two small parts as the rest of the bed had been assembled, but unusable
- Andlight had no tracking information on the parts
- Andlight sent fedex to our home before any course of action was agreed
- Refused to return the money and also refused to take any form of responsibility to dismantle the bed / repackage it (in line with legislation, coupled with some challenges we had)
- Withdrew the “goodwill” gesture despite it being predicated on the poor service experience / direct impact on a new mattress etc
17.12.25: Andlight unable to confirm they had the two items in their possession. Offered a 15% discount for future purchases
18.12.25: Bed dismantled and packaged by ourselves. Fedex arranged by andlight to collect between 0900 and 1200 so had to stay in. Fed Ex did not turn up. Andlight requested us to stay in longer which refused to do as had commitments we had to make. Fex Ex turned up at 2.30pm when a family member briefly returned from work unexpectedly (running in to change wet clothes and go back out again) who knew nothing about the arrangements. Whilst speaking to son on the phone to explain – the Fex Ex man just walked into the house uninvited and started to look at the parcel.
The only remote salvageable thing – at the point I had been ground down due to the lack of ownership, customer service (e.g. “its X who is dealing with this, they are away, I don’t know when they will be back”) & ultimately being held to ransom by andlight – I was able to secure was a refund at the point Fex Ex collected the bed.
I note that andlight reply to 100% of the trustpilot reviews. I have read the 1 star review replies and can confirm that the warm, reassuring words are consistent with the weeks of responses I had – all of which did not resolve a very simple matter in a timely manner and instead caused needless frustration and disruption within our home.
In summary, if you’re happy to potentially spend an inordinate amount of time, effort and stress to: a. get andlight to action an issue b. intervene & chase at every stage to seek an update c. research your rights d. commence legal action to get any form of traction e. still fail to get andlight to deliver what they said they would – good luck! On reflection & instead of using far too much energy and sanity to seek to try and reasonably resolve this matter – I should have done a credit card charge back, dragged the bed outside the house and let someone collect it for firewood.

Customer service is really non-existent as mentioned in the other reviews...
I ordered a sofa bed and the expected delivery date stated was 15 days. However, as soon as I placed the order, I received an email where they are stating that the item isn't in stock.
I need the sofa bed by a certain date and I've tried contacting them twice, and haven't received any response. I need confirmation that it will arrive at the expected date, otherwise I want to cancel the order. But it is impossible to get in contact with them as they are not responsive.

One of the worst experience I ever had with this kind of shops.
I made a multiple orders within last year and it was ok until I wanted to return something.
The 2 item just doesn't fit my place, so I decided to return it back and the problem started.
I was waiting 1.5 month for ANY information since return package was delivered to Shop. I wrote multiple messages - no response.
Finally they answered that the 150€ blanket cannot be return because I don't have original GENERIC, TRANSPARENT PLASTIC BAG that was with it. But it's not all. They claim that the another 250€ product was damaged during the shipment and it will not be refunded. Shipment was 1.5 month ago, it is too late to request any claim from deliverer, but they just don't care.
Definitely I am not recommending this shop. There's a lot of betters ones.

Received our quite expensive lamp on the 12th of May. The package was a bit damaged and when we opened it up, the lamp was quite crooked. For such an expensive and delicate lamp, it had literally no packaging or protection, except for the soft cardboard box it arrived in. Contacted customer service with the requested pictures the day the order arrived, and received the first response on 22nd of May, where they asked to send some more photos, which I did the very same day. Next reply with a proposed solution was received on May 30, and I responded again the same day how we wanted to process. Today it's June 17th and still no reply or solution. They provide friendly emails and try to help, but the response time is absolutely horrendous. I would not order again, unfortunately.
UPDATE: Added 1 more star to my rating as the case was resolved on the 3rd July. Very satisfactory solution and customer service are very solution oriented and friendly. Unfortunately, I will not give a higher rating due the long response time. Submitted first complaint on 12th of May - case closed on 3rd of July. In total 4 emails sent, so not a long conversation.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s why:
1. Shipping took longer than what was advertised on their website
2. When the order finally shipped, they didn't sent any tracking info, I had to follow up twice just to get it
3. The product looked very different from the images on their site
4. I emailed them multiple times requesting a return, and it took them over 12 days to respond, only to say they won’t accept the return, even though their website clearly states they offer a 365-day return policy
I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from this company again. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I ordered a coffee table on 4th of March. After confirmation of the order, I received an email that stated "We will contact you soon with more information about the delivery of your order". I have heard nothing since. The page said that the table would be "Ready for delivery in 15–20 days" but that time has passed and I have not heard any updates. This is not good customer experience. I also already paid for the table and now I'm just crossing my fingers that it will be delivered after all.
I tried to contact the customer service, but they have not responded in 4 business days (that they promised to get back to me).

It’s a pity that I read these reviews just after buying the products because AndLight is indeed by far the worst online shop I have ever seen. I got furniture without the screws and the montage book and I have written and called many times to get the items. I have sent pictures and send the exact art. Numbers of the missing items. After 3 months I still have not received anything. The clients service is the worst one could happen to get. I will send the items back in the hope they give me the money back, otherwise I will also pay the expedition costs for nothing.

I placed an order for 2 rugs on Friday 21st February and after they've received the payment I got an email saying that the product I'd ordered was out of stock and that they would keep me posted. It's now coming up to 3 weeks and I've heard nothing more. I have since requested a refund on this full order since the items are out of stock and this is taking too long. Worryingly I am not getting any response from this company and are now unsure how to get in touch with someone to get my refund arranged.
Update - andlight have now been in touch. They were let down by the supplier and have issued me a full refund very swiftly. I appreciate their action once I left a review up here. Everything now resolved

I ordered a table in October 2024, and on the Internett page they stated that they had it in stock. The following week I got a mail stating that it would be delivered in December and the money was transferred from my account. It was never delivered. After sending mail several times asking when the table will be delivered, late January 2025 they offered to replace the order or cancel and refund. Refund only option for me! What a unserious company!

Appalling experience - an error with Customs paperwork meant the order shuttled twice between Andlight and the shipper GLS and the product never left Denmark . I could only watch in fury as the order made its way from warehouse to depot to depot before returning twice to Andlight warehouse with no obvious resolution

The absolutely worst online buying experience of my life. From the delivery, to the product being wrong, to the absolutely shittiest customer service.
1. I ordered an expensive table from Andlights website around a month ago.
2. When I got an update on the delivery I could see it was 89kg. It had no option of carrying up the product and I live alone.
3. I got a window over a whole day for the delivery. I wfh and had a carpenter come over to help me carrying it. He left for 20 min over the course of the entire day to pick something up. The table arrived then, I did not get a phone call before. Delivery man left it on the curb in rain/hail and box started getting wet while we were signing off the papers, so 160cm / 55kg woman that I am had single handily get the 89kg package off a pallet and into the building. I was suffering pains in my wrists for 2 days.
3. We got it up when my carpenter returned but it was impossible for the two of us to get the table foot out of the box without tearing the box. It's a high foot and weighs probably at least 70kg and you have to get it up and out of a 1 meter high box with nothing to hold on on the foot.
4. I opened the table top and it was the wrong colour. It was in a box labeled the same as the foot but had the wrong packing.
5. Now WEEKS of shitty costumer service start. Andlight takes 3 days (they promise 2 days) to even reply. Then they spend time on telling me they need to know if it's their fault or Normann CPH the supplier. I paid Andlight, bought the product on their platform - it't not mine to solve. I still sent several photos to help out with that. I also reached out to Normann CPH. I got sent between without any resolution.
Also when I feedbacked on the delivery, of not getting a phone call, I was told it was not their problem - I had to point out I was offering feedback on a company working on their behalf.
6. After days and days and emails and calls they align on sending me a new top and (bare minimum and my request not their suggestion) to carry down the wrong top and up the new one . I don't get any details on when this will happen, no new date or follow ups - I need to chase it down.
7. Finally I am getting very sad and upset over the whole thing, I paid over 10k for a table, I have family from abroad coming to visit and no table to host them at. I ask for a discount for the problem. They say they won't give me a discount for the problem and their mistake and the wait.
Finally they ask if I want to return it for a refund. Obviously I bought a table that I wanted, I went through these things because I had spent time selecting a table I wanted. But at this point I am both hating on the table and the company so I say yes.
I write to let them know that I do not have the bottom box and why, and that I had also obviously (this was all previously documented in photos in our emails) opened the table top box but that I did my best to close it again.
8. They sent a new delivery company, they did a lovely job but literally two full grown men were here cursing and aying 'jesus this is heavy' carrying the bottom - even just lifting it from the ground.
9. I received an email from andlight saying I would not get the full refund because the bottom was not in a box. They had not answered or commented when I in the same email accepted a return and refund on the terms I had no bottom box.
10. Summary: I am being made to pay for andlights mistake. I am paying literal money, and also lots of time and energy for having no product at all.
Update as I see they finally responded here below. They ended up agreeing (after lots of upset calls and proof in emails) to refund the whole amount. Still means no product and weeks spent on shit. No offer of kredit in the store etc.

Absolutely disgraceful and shocking company, after waiting 7 weeks for a light bulb i chased them to be told that it wouldn’t be delivered. After complaining they said they couldn’t ship it to me so i ask why ate they even online selling and offering delivery if they can’t fulfil it? Shocking please don’t ever buy from them!

Avoid. There is a huge mess going on behind the scenes.
Ordered lamps and selected pick up as delivery method. Reached out early to ask for good coordination as I had to hire help due to complex installation. Got anything but.
They changed plans and decided to deliver lamps to my address. Had to make time for staying at home. They changed plans again and I wasted my time. Next, agreed to collect lamps at store. Day for pick up arrived. Plans changed again as they could not find one of the lamps. Days passed. Had to chase them to find the lamps. More days passed.
Lamps arrived two weeks later than planned. Had to cancel appointment with electrician twice for a fee. They ultimately offered a small compensation. I rejected it and decided to leave this review instead.

Returned a lamp and they botched the return label and had it sent to the wrong address. Had to take two trips to GLS to rectify the information. Finally return gets to the warehouse and they won't refund me because they found a faulty cord. It's a 5500 DKK lamp! 23 emails later and still no refund. Terrible Terrible Terrible.
